Waterscape A325-Cozy Beachfront 2 BR + Bunk! 3rd Floor Beach Retreat!

A325 is an adorably renovated double-suite condo with separate bunk area. It is located in Waterscapes A building on the 3rd floor, close to the parking garage. The patio faces East (an outside facing unit) where you'll get to view every brilliant sunrise over the island. Just an elevator ride down to the resort style pools and exclusive Waterscape beach!

IS THERE AN OCEAN VIEW?

A325 features a partial ocean view. You can see the ocean between the Waterscape building and the next door hotel. from the patio, you can see limited views of the ocean and bay that is on the other side of the island as well. Inside, the largest master will have a limited view of the ocean. In all other areas of the condo, your view is mostly a birds eye view of the parking lot next door. Most guests that book consider it a worthy trade off for the quieter patio and lower nightly rate so they can enjoy more fun excursions while on vacation!

LOCATION:
Located Just 10 Minutes from Destin, Florida, Waterscape sits in the middle of Okaloosa Island. The Condotel is conveniently placed directly on Waterscapes private in Fort Walton Beach! There are over 50 different restaurants and attractions within a 5-10 minute walk, or a 5 minute drive!!

SLEEPING ACCOMODATIONS:
Sleep like a baby on our king sized beds with memory foam mattresses. The comforters are an accommodating medium insulation. We have plenty of extra blankets and throws on those chilly beach breeze nights.
Extra sleeping accommodations can be made on the sleeper pull-out sofa bed. Hotel quality black out curtains allow for the darkest, coziest napping environment so you or your little ones can keep catching those highly sought after ZzZz's!

The adorably decorated separate bunk house located right off of the dining area is the kids ulitmate getaway. It's superb at keeping the kids feeling safe being nearby to where you'll be lounging after bedtime.

WATERSCAPE AMENITIES:

(HOA now requires wristbands to be worn at $10 per guest per stay for pool use, updated for 2025).
