Situation idéale par rapport au centre ville (pour les courses), par rapport au parc du Marquenterre ou de la ville de St Valery sur Somme (20 mn en voiture) Balade à Berck, Le Touquet, Mers les Bains et le Tréport. La vue du balcon est simplement magnifique, même par temps maussade, avec la mer au pied de l'immeuble lorsqu'elle est haute Nous recommandons vivement PS : Une machine à laver le linge est peut-être la seule chose manquante

L'idéal pour un séjour en Baie de Somme

Appartement confortable, bien équipé et très bien situé : au calme, au dernier étage, avec une superbe vue sur la Baie de Somme, à deux pas du centre et de ses commerces. Possibilité de rayonner très facilement vers les principaux lieux touristiques de la région. Location studio au CROTOY

séjour agréable, location très bien située, vue baie de Somme et commerces très proches. Très propre mais le gros inconvénient pour nous a été le lit armoire, lourd à descendre et remonter. Nous avons dû le laisser déplié pendant tout notre séjour. Très bon contact avec le propriétaire que nous remercions pour les cartes de parking car tous les stationnements sont payants.

Agreable petit studio tout confort en front de mer. Ideal pour vacances sans voiture. Ballades et centre ville a proximité. Belles decouvertes de la baie, de sa faune et de sa flore. On vit au rytme des marees. Du petit balcon du studio , nous assistons a un spectacle permanent.

Superbe vue sur la baie de Somme

On entend le bruit des vagues et le chant des oiseaux. Résidence calme au printemps, qui permet une immersion totale sur la plage, une fois la baie vitrée ouverte 👌 Le logement est très fonctionnel et bien équipé. Nous n’avons manqué de rien.
