About this property

T3 apartment with neat decoration, with unobstructed view of the bay

"Les 4 pirates": apartment classified 3 stars,
Weekly rentals all year round, or weekends outside school holidays.
For 4 to 6 people. Non-smoking. No animals, thank you.
Functional apartment and in very good condition, located in a quiet and neat residence.

The entrance to the building is secured by a code. Access to the first floor is via a wide staircase.
The apartment has a surface area of 53 m2 and benefits from through light.
The entrance leads to 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed each (140 and 160), a bathroom with bathtub until November 30th. Then the bathroom will be completely redone and the bathtub will be replaced by a shower, (dryer hair, dryer), separate toilet.
The fitted kitchen (large fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven, electric hob, coffee maker, extractor hood ...) is open to the dining area and living room (TV, radio, DVD player)
The living room includes 2 convertible sofas (120) (ideal for children) and a coffee table.
All beds are fitted with quality duvets and pillows.
Many closets are available for storage.
Manual adjustment of electric heating.

The outdoor terrace is covered, it has a table and chairs to enjoy the sunset over the bay. For your comfort and to guarantee a better insulation we installed a second sliding window door between the terrace and the living room.
We provide you with: the garage (for city cars) in the courtyard of the residence, as well as a space in the common bicycle room.
On request when booking, you can have a travel cot and a high chair.

Located facing the sea and Cap du Hourdel, along the promenade or on the cycle path.
2 minutes walk from the large children's playground (slides, swings, spider web ...), rubber bands, inflatable structure, chip shop, ice cream parlor, Rosalie.
2 minutes walk from a beach access equipped with a shower.
5 minutes walk from the tourist office.
10 minutes walk from the city center.

Don't forget your binoculars to watch the seals from the terrace!

Great stay in Le Crotoy

This is a very well appointed appartment with a great view and location. Bright, modern and well-equipped it met the needs of three friends of a certain age perfectly. In better weather we would have sat more on the balcony which is a real feature of the appartment. Add a warm welcome by the owner and the charm of Le Crotoy, and we had an excellent stay.

Goed gelegen en verzorgd app., mooi uitzicht op de baai. Minpuntje als je de garage niet kunt gebruiken ( te grote auto) is het betalend parkeren. Maar zeker de moeite waard om het nog eens te doen.

Accueil bienveillant de la propriétaire. L'appartement est très bien situé et super équipé. Nous avons passé un séjour extra ! Couple avec 3 enfants de 13, 10 et 7 ans, tout le monde y a trouvé son compte ! Une grande plaine de jeux à proximité, un skate park et terrain de basket à 2 pas, les enfants pouvaient s'y rendre seuls. Les commerçants et les habitants sont charmants et sympathiques. Je recommande vivement la ville et ce logement !
