About this property

Apartment located on the slopes next to a kindergarten

For rent small apartment (35 m2) fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, microwave TV and DVD player. All this equipment is new.
It includes a bedroom with a 140 bed and a window, a cabin with three bunk beds, separate bathroom and toilet.
It is ideally situated for skiing since you can ski at the bottom of the apartment and down to the slopes that lead to the largest ski area in Font Romeu.
Southwest-facing balcony overlooking the mountains.
Close to shops, pharmacy, doctors, restaurants, rental, lakes, tennis, golf and a large children's playground. Many hikes and passing the GR10.
You can not touch your car of the week!
There are no reserved parking but always space on the street outside the apartment; if you have a large car park underneath.

It is within 5 km of Font Romeu and near Spain.
You can also find many departures for cross-country skiing.

Très bon séjour à Bolquère. Appartement conforme à la description, très agréable et très bien situé.A noter que les places de parking devant la résidence sont vite complètes, il faut parfois aller se garer un peu plus loin.

Sejour Bolquere

Appartement très bien situé au pied des pistes, bien agencé ( nombreux porte manteaux pour le materiel de ski, casier en bas de la residence pour les skis). Residence calme.Par contre, les oreillers et couettes sont jaunis (meriteraient d’etre changés), nous avons eu un peu froid dans l’appartement car manque un volet dans la piece principale et donc deperdition de chaleur. Nous recommandons quand’meme ce logement de par son emplacement.

Séjour et appartement agréable...merci

Appartement avec vue imprenable sur les pistes apprécié. Accès facile aux pistes. Balcon spacieux et bien exposé au soleil de l'après-midi, chilienne bien adoptée. Appartement pratique, convivial, bien aménagé et décoré (belles affiches), facile à nettoyer, plein d'astuces pour suspendre et ranger (serviettes, affaires de ski, même pour les casques et gants). Les équipements de la cuisine sont bons, suffisants et en bon état. Il manquerait 1 appareil à fondue et raclette. Jeux de sociétés et livres à disposition appréciés. On s'est cogné plusieurs fois au cumulus dans les toilettes. Aie la tête...Bonne idée du livre d'or affiché aux toilettes. Le stationnement est possible, même si limité, et la marche arrière est absolument à maîtriser. On a passé une très belle semaine en famille avec nos 2 enfants. Merci on reviendra!

Appartement bien équipé et très bien situé

Nous avons passé (famille 2 adultes + 3 enfants de 4 à 11 ans) une très bonne semaine de vacances dans cet appartement au bord de la piste « Colchique ». La vue depuis l’appartement est très agréable ainsi que la luminosité. L’appartement est parfaitement équipé (cuisine notamment), avec des ustensiles de qualité. Le lit-cabine à 3 étages est très amusant pour les enfants. Il y a de nombreux rangements pour les affaires de ski (patères, range casques, crochets...) Il faut juste noter qu’il n’y a pas de casier pour les chaussures de ski malheureusement... La station de Bolquère est familiale et pratique (il y a tout pas loin). La piste de luge est idéale pour les enfants, toute la journée.
