Check the wind while you enjoy morning coffee from the deck off the main living room. Two bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms, with room to flow, the home accommodates 8. Master with a king and full bath. Overall the property was located in a good area and the mountain and river sites from the livingroom where a nice surprise! We had a good number of family (a few children) and it was nice that there was plenty of rooms and even with all the stairs going up and down we did well. I reccomend this property!

Overall a really good place. Central location and cool view. The mattresses don’t have a lot of life left. Need to make sure you bring soap and coffee.

Excellent Location

Here for a wedding. The house is situated in the City Center of Hood River. Great downtown, shops, restaurants, friendly neighbors and a very friendly cat named Waffles. Liked the layout of the condo but needs sprucing up, painting, a deep clean, etc. Would rent again.

Three generations family stay

What a cool place

Loved the layout, such fun for a weekend getaway. So neat to see the river from the balcony and the ability to see it from upper bedroom too. Will definitely consider this place on a future visit to hood river!

Everything so comfortable (nice linens and beds) kitchen ready to use. Spaces for all to gather or find a private nook. Can’t beat this location!! So great!

Great location and condo

The location is perfect - several options for restaurants, boutiques, coffee shops, bakeries, and breweries and within easy access to the interstate to hit all the beautiful sights of Columbia River Gorge. Caution - there are quite a few stairs between all three bedrooms. Keep that in mind for family members with accessibility requirements. Well appointed rental. If you need it, it’s available. The views of the river is perfect and sitting out on the balcony in the evening is very relaxing.

Short vacation

We were in Hood River for the long weekend. Great location- walkable to all the fun Hood River cafes and shops. The Saturday Farmers market in the adjacent parking lot was great!! The condo is gorgeous with nice fixtures and everything you need. Lovely view of the river from the nice balcony. Management friendly and responsive. Would stay here again

A bit of heaven in Hood River

Beautiful place! All appliances and furnishings new, everything very clean and modern. We even enjoyed sleep number beds. Amy was more than accommodating, so nice and professional. Hood River is absolutely wonderful and cascade breeze was too!

Great location, beautiful views

We had a great stay. Lots of seating in the living space for everyone to hang out. The kitchen had lots of space as well. Beds were very comfortable. Lots of stairs, especially to the 3rd bedroom with the bunks. I had an older person with me that couldn’t do a lot of stairs, so I was constantly having to take the car around the building to get her in the car. Overall, Hood River is beautiful and the location is great gor walking to downtown.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Fantastic townhome with great location. All bedrooms are private and super comfy. Well equipped with all you need. Right in the middle of town so you can walk everywhere. Mike’s Ice Cream around the corner! Super responsive host. Thank you for a perfect stay!

We love the area and the location!

The stay was good and we really did love the area and the location. There was so much to do and we loved the little boutiques, shopping, and the restaurants! It was great to have everything within walking distance! There were a couple of issues. The towels seemed old and very used, towels that you would find in a college dorm! Also, and we didn’t find this out until the night before we were leaving, the kitchen counter was full of ants, and when we discovered it, my daughter mentioned that they also had ants in their bathroom on the top floor. I noticed a couple of them early in our stay on the floor in the kitchen near the washer/dryer area, but really didn’t think anything of it at the time. This issue would really need to be fixed before it’s rentable again!

Great location, view and floor plan.

We loved the location, the views, and the floor plan. However, the condition is tired and worn. Needs TLC & some updating. Following are details of the condition. Carpeting needs to be stretched & cleaned, or replaced (had many stains); most furniture is tired looking; beds were comfortable though; towels are old; some mildew in showers; a handful of lights burned out; coffee maker was dirty & wine cooler was loose and unusable; kitchen was well equipped; scratched railings; marked up walls; deck & outdoor furniture was dirty & old; The condition of this condo is nothing that a little TLC couldn't fix. Amy responded right away to a broken closet door on our first day, but ignored our other text message. We had family & friends staying at other local properties that were immaculate. This place could be 5 star spectacular all day long, however, it needs TLC & updates..

Mildew and Stairs

The mail floor amenities and bedrooms were nicely appointed and clean. The ground floor bedroom is more than two flights of stairs below the kitchen and living room. When we walked to the bottom of the stairs, there was a strong smell of mildew. It was even stronger in the bedroom and bathroom. Mold was visible on the wall of the bathroom. We could not air out the bedroom either. The bedroom/bathroom is a "box" built inside a large garage. The bedroom windows do not open and a back door to the bedroom opens into a small area of the garage. Because the mildew smell was overwhelming and because of the crazy number of steps - 31 to the kitchen and 38 to the living room, part of our family opted to get a hotel room. We complained to the management, but they were not willing to adjust the price. They asked for our pictures of the mold to make sure they knew where to treat for mold.

Saturday farmers market is right behind the townhouse, town is a few minute walk away. Lots of great food options. The back patio was icing on the cake. There were a couple items at the condo that needed attention but host were quick to respond in getting issues resolved.

Hood River mountain bike trip

Amazing location and views. Kitchen had everything we needed. BBQ worked great since we prefer to cook. Perfect storage area in back for bikes. Parking was easy even with HopFest. Kitchen freezer was only thing that got missed during cleaning from prior renter. Was not an issue. Can’t wait to come back.
