The location is perfectly situated just a few minutes from the Kenai river, a few minutes from the Cook inlet, five minutes from both Soldotna and Kenai. You can easily do day trips to Seward (1 hour 45 minutes) and Homer (1 hour 30 minutes). Soldotna and Kenai have everything you would need from grocery stores, Walmart, Fred Meyer, fun bakeries, shopping, medical care, restaurants, breweries and even a winery nearby.

This home features 2 bedrooms, the Master has a queen size sleep number bed, with a private bathroom with both a bathtub and a multi jet shower. The second bedroom is a queen bed with a private bathroom with a shower.

The sitting room is cozy with soft leather seating, and a gorgeous iron gas fireplace to take the chill off the morning or evening!

The custom bar with beautiful pendant lighting seats 8. The well stocked kitchen has beautiful stainless appliances, including a dishwasher, refrigerator, and commercial oven. Butcher block and granite counter tops give plenty of space for meal preparation.

A second Arctic entry (to be shared with the second house during pre-determined hours) has a washer, dryer and dvd library! In the attached garage you will find an extra chest freezer to freeze any prepackaged fish you may need to store until your departure.

*Please note that there is an adjacent vacation unit with a separate entrance, and there may be other travelers present during your stay*. They will also have access to the Artic entry with the washer/ dryer, and the attached garage during certain hours. The door to the main house from that area has a lock and privacy blinds.

** Property is open year around, but outdoor furniture and bbq is put away for winter and will not be available from late September to early June.

Policies:
- No smoking allowed inside or on deck, smoking in designated outdoor spots only, and cigarette disposal in provided receptacles only.

-No fish cleaning or packaging on the premises, no exceptions. There is a freezer in the garage to store prepacked fish until departure.

-Fishing gear must be stowed in your vehicle or in the garage. It cannot be in the house.

-All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
