Bright, airy, well appointed beach house, short walk to beautiful San Clemente beach, trails, park, pier, unique shops, world class restaurants, cafes. Has all the amenities you need from a vacation home away from home. Full kitchen with ocean views, spa-like bathroom with Brodell Swash toilet, master bedroom also has ocean views, second bedroom has attached balcony, sip wine have coffee on the second floor balcony that has ocean views as well. Great friendly neighborhood. Wonderful location close and central to everything San Clemente has to offer including outlet shops, golf, pier fishing, swimming, surfing beach, train stop. New Building built 2010 with ole’ Hansen architecture, only 3 units in building. Parking in the building, beach towels, beach chairs, boogie boards, beach umbrellas provided.

I love hosting! I found my calling when I decided to enter into vacation rental hosting. It is enjoyable meeting people even if we are just corresponding via text, email or vacation platforms. I am real estate professional, as well as mother, wife, entrepreneur, sunday teacher, not necessarily in that order! I love to sing, I think I'm a foodie, I do love to cook and love to travel. I am constantly grateful and blessed!
Why they chose this property
Great location, so conveniently located! Walkable to pretty much everything that San Clemente has to offer. But not situated in a busy part of town, located in a quiet and friendly neighborhood. Parking in property is a plus but can also be easily reached by train (station is 4 blocks away) but not close enough to hear the train noise. There is a salon on the street level of the building should guests be inclined to use their services (by appointment only). Upstairs private residential unit maximum 6 people at a time.
What makes this property unique
The residential house upstairs can be divided into two separate units, larger unit B can is perfect for a couple and two kids and studio master suite C is perfect for a couple. Or can be rented by one group/family and open the access door in between two units. Each unit has its own washer/dryer (only if rented 6+ nights).
