Gorgeous 3 Bedroom Condo with unobstructed pier, ocean and coastline views. Style, sophistication and soft beach colors create a beautiful setting for your vacation in this charming city. Called the "Spanish Village by the Sea", San Clemente is best known for the famous pier, world famous surfing, quaint downtown / shops / restaurants and beautiful beach.

Highly upgraded, you'll feel like you're in a 5-star resort. Spacious Living Room with Flat Screen TV (cable channels included!), Fireplace and comfortable sofa offers great place to relax after a busy day, enjoy the views.

Sit on the balcony while reading your favorite book, drinking a cup of coffee or glass of wine. The views of the pier, beach and coastline are amazing!

The Master Suite features a King-Size bed, lots of closet space, and ensuite Bath plus TV. Luxury linens and plush towels add to your comfort.

In the second bedroom are Bunk beds with a full on the bottom and twin on top.

Additional sleeping is offered with the pull-out sofa in the third bedroom/den. There's also a TV and some bean-bag chairs!

Fully stocked Kitchen makes meal preparation easy! Grab a quick snack or create a special dining experience.

Need to work away from home? There's even a desk.

City & HOA requirements:

+ Max occupancy: Max occupancy 8 individuals including children and infants. (5 adults max) Adding additional guests after the reservation is confirmed may result in added charges. No additional guests are allowed in the home or at the community facilities at the home at any time, no gatherings, events, no get-togethers for meals, etc.

+ Min stay: 3 nights. Minimum stay 7 nights in summer and peak seasons. Check-in or check-out not permitted on holidays.

+ Parking: 2 cars max. in assigned garage parking. No passenger vans, RVs or trailers.

+ Mandated “quiet time” from 10 pm to 8 am. Outdoor facilities including Pool, Patio, Garage game rooms, BBQ, Back Yard are off limits during these times and are subject to HOA rules.

+ Guests agree to comply with the city and HOA requirements or they will be subject to fines, civil actions and or criminal prosecutions related to the violation.

+ We reserve the right to decline a reservation which results in a 2-3 day gap in our calendar

+ You must be 25 years old to rent one of our properties

+ No Smoking inside or outside the unit, No Pets

The location of this condo was great! The unit was dated, but spacious and exactly what we needed. The second bathroom was a tight fit, but it was nice to have laundry in unit. We were traveling with a 3 week old baby (in town for a wedding) and were granted late check out which was very much appreciated!

Beautiful view of the ocean, in a central location. Easy waking distance to both the pier, and shops and restaurants. The place was clean and a great place to stay. Would book again!

Perfect location for a quick weekend beach vacation

Really enjoyed our weekend getaway in San Clemente. The property is very close to the beach and pier - perfect for morning coffee and watching surfers.

Overall a 3/5 because the pull out bed was dirty with crumbs and smudge marks, toilet kept running all day/night, and there was glass in the carpet. Beautiful view from deck and close to beach!

Beautiful San Clemente

Great location. An easy downhill walk to the pier, beach and a few restaurants. Views from the outdoor balcony are amazing. Rental unit is large and in good shape.

Condo was nice and conveniently located to the beech. Main living area was quite nice with beautiful views of the ocean but the bathrooms could use an upgrade. A few general maintenance things as well.

Perfect spot!

We thoroughly enjoyed our 4-night stay! The condo is very spacious and well situated. We walked everywhere - from coffee to surf to dinner. We loved the views and ocean breezes! The pool area is quite nice and everyone at the complex was very friendly. Checkin was a breeze. Finding the parking spot and trash bins was tricky but everything else was seamless. We’d definitely recommend this place and likely will book again next spring when we come back!

There are definitely a few things that could be upgraded, the blinds are stuck/broken, some of the utensils like the can opener doesn’t work. The hand faucet in the master bathroom is ready to fall out. The pull out bed is not at all comfortable. The tiles on the outside tables are broken, there wasn’t a key to the front door, only the gate. BUT the view outweighed all of that! It is gorgeous!

Great location! Awesome view!!

Pros: Awesome view of ocean/pier, within about a five minute walk to pier, shopping and restaurants. Quite complex, not a lot of people around. Beach and pool towels provided. Cons: payment process(final payment was collected a month late) comfort of furniture (sofa, dining room chairs, king bed). Walk back from the pier is a bit steep. PS: washer and dryer works fine. sheets, dishes and towels were clean.

It is in wonderful condition, well equipped and has lots of amenities. We spent a lot of time at the pool and in the hot tub. The condo is close to some of our favorite things....the ocean, Pier, beach trail, beach, great resturants, shopping, AND our precious granddaughter.We look forward to returning next year.
