We had a great time. The house location was great and having the golf cart was a big help. We had a group of 10 and fit well. Only complaints would be that the kitchen is super small for a house that size and the third floor bunk room was pretty warm and didn’t have a bathroom.

When we arrived 4 of the bikes had flat tires but once we contacted them they were checked and fixed. The home is beautiful but could use a couple of touch ups (paint on walls scuffed a lot, and doors to patios don’t open easily - but I’m sure that is the salty air.) Overall a good home with both the golf cart and bikes provided.

Great stay in Watercolor

We really enjoyed this property - house was clean with lots of room for a family of four to spread out. Property is located close to the tennis courts and Camp Watercolor; just a short golf ride to the beach (~2-3 minutes). Big bonus for us is that this house was pet friendly. Only negative here was the golf cart, the brakes were worn out so we had to drive slowly with a lot of caution ... otherwise the cart ran fine and got us where we needed to go. Would stay here again!

Perfect and lovely!

This was the perfect stay for four moms and daughters. The top floor was excellent to give our four teenagers their own space. Communication was always within an hour - often times within five minutes. Everything was very clean. Beds were comfy. Kitchen was stocked with cookware and dinnerware.Side note: this property does not have any oils/spices, so make sure you grab some if you’re cooking. Publix is a five minute golf cart ride away!Six bikes in excellent condition, golf cart provided. Everything was absolutely lovely!!Note: the TVs upstairs are fairly dated, but it’s on the plan for the property manager to address this. Enjoyed every minute!

The house is beautiful but in great need of updates and repairs.

Leaky kitchen sink with a bucket under it that overflowed daily, old rusty bikes that ride poorly, old golf cart with no brakes, front porch door handle fell off, washer needs to be replaced, the coffee pot didn’t work but was quickly replaced

The stay was wonderful! Overall a great house and I would rent it again! My only complaint is that the listing states that there is parking for 4 cars. You get 1 Parking Pass for Watercolor and then whatever cars you can fit in the driveway along with the golf cart. In actuality, you can only fit 2 sedans (or small SUVs) and the golf cart in the driveway. With 2 cars, it is a very tight fit because the golf cart has to go in the middle so it can plug in. Our truck would not fit with the golf cart so it had to be the one with the Parking Pass. I am glad we changed our minds last minute to only have 3 cars because we wouldn’t have had a place for our other car. So just make sure you have only 3 cars if you come!

Family reunion

The house was great for our needs, but improvements could be made. The bikes are rusted and the code to unlock them is wrong, so we never got to ride bikes. The golf cart could also use some maintenance. The outdoor cushions and pool sticks also need replacing. Overall, the property is nice, it just needs some TLC.

Great Neighborhood Beach Club

Beach club was an awesome amenity to have. I was there with all my adult children and other family. Neighborhood is awesome and makes you feel like you are in another world which is what you seek out on vacation. Just know the kitchen is not for foodies. It’s rather small and the stove is electric, but knowing the large group I had I wasn’t planning on cooking much. But be prepared for tight quarters if you have more than one cook that wants to be in the kitchen. Also the washer and dryer are small stackable units so don’t expect to do large loads of laundry. The bikes were not really in good repair so we did not use them. The golf cart did not hold a charge for long so you need to watch the power level when you get out so you don’t find yourself stranded somewhere. The house had a great floor plan. The four bedrooms are spacious, bathroom space is tight if have a full house, but we did fine with our numbers.

Fantastic

The house was magnificent. We enjoyed playing pool every night before bed. Unfortunately, I would lose most of the time. Also, the front porch ended up being our favorite hang out spot. We will book again!

House is great for a large group (all the guys stayed on the top floor and the pool table came in handy when we had rain). There is no firepit and the bikes/pooltable q's need replacement/(i brought one along so we could still play).

WOW, loved the home and the area!

The home was very clean and better than the pictures. We can't say enough good things about Sand Dollar property managers. They answered every question I had prior to our vacation and were very prompt with any issue we had during our stay! What a pleasure renting from this group.
