About this property

Comfortable duplex of 150 m² on the Emporda Golf near beaches

Luxurious duplex of 150 sqm facing south on the golf course on the Costa Brava, near beaches, lively resorts and all amenities. Very beautiful Golf 36 very varied holes (pine forest, lakes and links). In the third and fourth floor elevator, large terraces facing south, 4 double bedrooms, one suite, two large bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, designer furniture and new bedding. Very quiet, you are at home facing the golf course, close to everything without the inconvenience of crowds and noise. It is an apartment intended for permanent use with heating and air conditioning, all appliances (he was our main residence). You will be installed at home, but will also have the opportunity to go to the golf club restaurant, or 4 star hotel that is next to it.
The pool measures 20 meters by 10 with sunbeds and umbrellas. For relaxation, in addition to the pool and beach, care package possible in the nearby hotel with a spa. Many excursions and walks are possible nearby with pretty sites and villages to visit. The apartment has a YAMAHA Arius YDP S52 piano.

Excellent Séjour

Que l'on soit ou non golfeur, cet appartement est parfait; Calme, clair, bien équipé; La vue sur le golf, superbe. La région est très agréable, beaucoup de beaux endroits à découvrir sur la côte ou dans l'arrière pays. Très bons conseils de la propriétaire pour les endroits à découvrir . A recommander sans hésitation !!

Tres bonnes vacances

Cette région est une oasis. Alors que la météo etait catastrophique partout ailleurs nous avons pu faire du golf tous les jours, souvent en bermuda. La terrasse plein sud de l'appartement nous a même permis de prendre des bains de soleil. Au milieu du magnifique parcours 36 trous de l'Emporda golf l'appartement est très confortable, agréablement décoré. Vraiment un très bon séjour à conseiller aux golfeurs et aux amateurs de calme. Près de tout cependant.

Un appartement idéal pour nous

Nous avons passé une semaine de golf intensif sur l'Emporda golf et avons séjourné dans cet appartement au milieu du parcours. Le golf est vraiment très beau et l'appartement tres agréable, avec des éléments de confort que nous n'avons pas l'habitude de trouver dans les locations, rien ne manque. Nous reviendrons car nous aimerions visiter cette region et profiter des plages toutes proches. Une mention trés bien donc pour ce séjour. Élodie.

Trés bon sejour

Nous sommes ravis de notre sejour dans ce trés confortable appartement trés bien situé au milieu de l'Emporda golf. Le temps était frais mais ensoleillé et nous avons eu une impression de plein été sur la terrasse plein sud, sans vent. Nous avons pu négocier des tarifs intéressants pour les greenfees avec Paola, la responsable du golf. Bref, expérience que que aimerions renouveler, avec plus de temps pour pouvoir visiter cette region trés accueillante avec les plages et les petits restos.
