Don’t miss our unique two floor condominium in Historic Annapolis downtown with 3 bedrooms (one queen, two rooms with two singles per room), living room with 42' flatscreen tv, stereo, kitchen with stainless appliances and granite countertops, and two full bathrooms. Hardwood floors throughout. This unit requires guests to climb two flights of steps. You will be glad you did as it is an oasis in the heart of Historic Annapolis!

There is a large deck with city views of the historic Maryland State House.

The condo is one half block from Main Street, where coffee bars, restaurants, shops, entertainment and history awaits. The condo is within five blocks of the Naval Academy, City Dock and the harbor. Historic Annapolis is a great place to walk and enjoy the sites, the water and the entertainment, with live music, carriage rides and piano bars. There are local theatres, antique shops, boutique clothing shops and art shops all within a few blocks.

Great location, parking costs not a fan. We’re a tall family so King bed in upstairs and at least one queen bed on main floor would have been preferable.Nice and cozy and again great location, everything we did was in perfect walking distance.

In town for Family Event

Enjoyed the stay. Location was perfect for price. Misread about the entrance and stairs of the place but if you are capable of climbing stairs, the place was great once inside. I felt safe and comfortable. It worked for our needs!

Great Place to Stay in Annapolis

We very much enjoyed our stay. The condo was perfect for us and the location could not be beat. It was very comfortable and a nice place for us to catch up with our friends that we had not seen in a long time. We would highly recommend it to others!

The location was close to everything, and communication with the host was very easy. They were helpful and very responsive to any questions. The location itself was perfect, just a block off Main Street and within walking distance of shopping, bars and restaurants. I highly recommend staying here on any visit to Annapolis.

Great stay with our Midshipman

Perfect location for a weekend with our Plebe at the Naval Academy. Less than half a mile from the gate of the Academy, and within steps of the incredible streets of downtown Annapolis. Very roomy, and comfortable. Super clean and homey. We loved our stay here and hope to come back to the same VRBO over these next 3 years.

Great location and property!

We stayed here for our daughter’s commissioning week and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Christina was available for any issues or questions we had. Deck space was amazing for viewing Blue Angels and the State Capitol Dome. Quick walk to USNA, restaurants, and shops. Would highly recommend!!

Xmas in Annapolis

Love staying at this property. This is our second time here. the property is in a great location. Walking neighborhood in downtown Annapolis makes it very accessible. The only downside is the parking situation. Easiest to put your car in a garage but that is of course added cost. All in all we love staying here.

Great location!

Christina was wonderful to work with and quick to communicate with any questions I had. If you want to be close to town this is the place for you! We had to leave two nights early bc of the coronavirus and without even asking, Christina immediately offered us two nights at a later date! Highly recommend.

Lovely 4th of July getaway

My friends and I were looking for a convenient location to enjoy the holiday festivities in Annapolis. Christine’s home was beautiful and just as described!! It was clean and welcoming, located within easy walking distance from the main strip. The home came equipped with basically everything we needed. Christine was super responsive and friendly. Check in/check out was simple. I’d absolutely stay again!

Guys trip to see my son /Navy Airforce weekend

4 of us the first night then my Mid stayed the last two night. All guys trip. Didn’t need the rental car we got, literally right in the heart of everything!!! It’s was awesome and WILL rent this place anytime we can !!! The patio views were the best.

Spacious and Great Location

This property is in a great location for anyone looking to spend time in Annapolis, right off Main St. It is across the road from the new Hillman parking garage, which is very convenient as well, albeit fairly expensive parking. There are beds for 6 people, a patio, and a small yard for dogs. The owner is very helpful, and keeps the house stocked with supplies (spices, condiments, cooking utensils, haircare, paper products, etc.), and communication was great.

Perfect location

We spent three nights at this two-level condo in Annapolis which is located just steeps from Main Street. It is the only private residence in a small commercial building so there’s plenty of privacy on weekends. Nice functional kitchen, beautiful outdoor space but dated bath (downstairs) and creaky floors. Just what you’d expect in an older building. Hosts were very responsive and helpful.

Great property with spectacular view close to all the action

Christina was a fantastic host with great communication about the property. We had one small issue that I reported, and she was willing to address it right away. The property is was the perfect size for our family of 5 adults and the deck is amazing for morning coffee and evening drinks. You can't get any closer to the center of town. Wonderful stay. A Nice Place to Stay While Visiting My Mid

I really enjoyed my recent stay at this property. Christina couldn't have been more helpful and cheerfully answered all my questions within half an hour. The apartment was clean and well appointed, and my Mid and I felt very comfortable there, which was great, because I was trying to create a home away from home feeling for her. The apartment was roomier than it appeared on the website, and seems like it would be great for a family with a lot of children. We regretted that it wasn't summer; the deck looked inviting, and I could see spending some R&R time there. We'll be back when the weather is nicer. One caveat: There are a fair number of stairs, so this might night be the best place if you have mobility issues.

Annapolis is a historic town surrounded by the Chesapeake Bay and Severn River. It has the amenities of a big town all walkable within the historic district.
Plus, the Naval Academy and St. John's College add culture and excitement to the town.

What makes this property unique

The view from deck at night is a favorite spot to view Historic Annapolis. Guests of our condo love the ability to walk out the door and be in the middle of the Historic District.
The Naval Academy and City Dock area are a nice walk down Main Street.
