Welcome to this gorgeous fully-renovated home, restored to a new modern grandeur, which includes coveted parking for 2 cars on-site. Located on a quiet residential street just 2 blocks from Main Street, the home has 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths on the 2nd floor, and 2 more bedrooms on the 3rd floor. When you arrive at the home and park in the parking pad you will walk through the newly-furnished back patio up the stairs and enter through the large gourmet kitchen. The breakfast bar has seating for 3 and is fully stocked for your stay with plates, glasses, and appliances (big and small!).



Just steps from all Annapolis has to offer, this home is located between 2 waterways: if you go out the front door to the left and walk 1.5 blocks you'll reach a dock on Spa Creek. If you walk out to the right and go 1.5 blocks, you'll be at the famous Annapolis Waterfront. This is the perfect spot for those coming in for that special Naval Academy or boat show event, or wanting to take in the sights and sounds of Greater Annapolis. Enjoy the many restaurants, historical attractions, and shops right around the corner!

Our stay at Seashell in the City was wonderful! Charming House in a great location just a few blocks from the heart of Annapolis. The accommodations were nice as well with some little added touches from owners that were helpful. Would definitely recommend!

Easy check-in and check-out for this cozy property in the heart of Annapolis. Great kitchen made the decision easy to stay in and cook versus going out to dinner. We'd definitely stay here again on future visits.

Family Wedding in Annapolis

We had a wonderful stay at the house, which was exactly as described. The street it was located on was picturesque, making our walks to the downtown area a lot of fun. The house itself was charming, well-maintained, and full of history. Having our own parking space was essential in that part of town. Since our stay coincided with Halloween, we were pleasantly surprised by the trick-or-treaters. Thankfully, I had brought a bag of apples with me. We are all looking forward to another visit to Annapolis.

I-day stay

We stayed at Seashell in the City for our daughters USNA I-day trip…we spent the week there and loved the close proximity to the Naval Academy and the ability to walk to great restaurants and shopping. This home also included a space to park our rental car. The four bedrooms and 2.5 baths also gave us plenty of space. Lots of charm in this updated space too. Would definitely stay there again!

Perfect location, beautiful home!

A hop skip and a jump from DTA and the harbor, this house was perfect for us. 4 real rooms with comfortable beds where everyone can have their own space. Beautiful living room, and we really enjoyed the back patio! Not to mention the private parking! Will be staying here again next time I’m in Annapolis.
