This is a cute cabin with rustic charm in a peaceful beautiful setting. I honestly wish we could have spent a tad more time relaxing here but we were on the go most of the time. It’s a decent location to the west Yellowstone park entrance. I would 100 percent stay here again.

The cabin exceeded our expectations. Very clean and roomy. We stayed here while visiting Yellowstone. Every time you stepped into the cabin you felt like you were still at Yellowstone with the outdoor hunting and fishing theme. There was fresh made chocolate chip cookies waiting our arrival. I would stay here again.

We had such a fabulous stay at the Moose is Loose! The hosts were both so very kind & helpful. Kevin welcomed us upon arrival (even though we didn't get in until pretty late) & Tamara stopped by to make sure we knew how to start the furnace (it was a surpisingly chilly week in August, So this was very much appreciated at nightime). The cabin fit the 3 three of us comfortably & had everything that we needed for our stay. It was also super cool to go around & check out all of the fun, unique & intriguing decorations (Tamara is an extremely talented artist!) I also picked up a couple of sweatshirts- they are sooooooo soft! & like I'd mentioned earlier, the weather was chillier than we had expected some days, so having the option to pick up another layer as well as an excellent keepsake/souvenir was really nice!) It was just a really great home base for us while we were there & we all said that we would absolutely stay here again. Thank you both so much for sharing your fabulous home with us! -B. Noll

This is a clean and comfortable place to stay that is away from the busyness of West Yellowstone. The owners live right next door and were friendly and helpful. We would stay here again.

We were so appreciative of how clean you left the lodge. Very thoughtful and appreciative of your gift. Inspired by you and the demand of folks returning to our lodge, we are keeping a separate 'excellent renters list' to keep track of the folks that go the extra mile in caring for our property. Again, thank you, safe travels and hope to see you back soon!

Clean and sizable. The only downside was 2 bedrooms, but you have to walk through one to get to second bedroom. Homemade cookies saved the day. Enjoyed the area!
