Holiday bliss

We stayed for two weeks, enjoying the generous hospitality of our hosts. The villa catered perfectly to the needs of an age-mixed group; very nice rooms, really well-equipped kitchen, bathrooms. Nice beach, wonderful view from the terrace. Tranquil setting, at the same time shops and restaurants not too far away (by car). Thank you!

Amazing!

We absolutely loved our stay at this house! It exceeded our expectations and was even better than the pictures. Our group consisted of nine women, ranging in age from 16 to 53, and we all felt safe and had plenty of room to spread out. The private beach was amazing, offering a perfect spot for relaxation and fun. Our hosts were fantastic, answering all our questions promptly before and during our stay. We highly recommend this property and would love to return in the future.

A place you have to come again

A wonderful villa, nicer than the pictures presented: - comfortable, peaceful, and clean - all facilities as presented, functional and good quality - the terrase is a very good place to stay in the shadow and enjoy the wonderful landscape - the beach is amazing with sand and clean water. Beyond all the above, we had responsive and friendly hosts. They help and advise on any issue you may have. Thank you very much Zoe, Marina and Theodore.

Heaven on Earth. It is difficult to describe in a few words how maginifcent the house, the beach and the hosts are. It is absolutely amazing and even better than in the photos.As the house is one of the very few at the end of the road, it means the beach is almost private and you are 20-30 meters from others (and that is on a busy day).The beach is just in front of the house, soft send in and out the water. The water is cristal clear and not a single wave even on the windiest days. Stunning!The house is massive. On the lower ground floor, you get two bedrooms with bathrooms and a big room with table tennis and a sofa bed. You get straight into the garden from this floor.On the upper ground floor you get a home theatre room (with great home cinema on a projector, tons of movies and excellent surround system), a bathroom with shower and a massive open plan kitchen-dinning-living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you can think off. The kitchen leads to a massive patio with plenty of room for all, a big dinning table, barbeque, pizza stove, and a few tables, chairs, lounge chairs. The patio leads to the upper level of the very well maintained gardens with palm and olive trees.On the top floor you get two big bedrooms, with a family bathroom.We were 3 families (10 people) and the house was not crowded at all, plenty of space.And in the end the hosts, they are the most kind people. Responded to all queries before and during the stay very quickly.

Die Kommunikation war einfach. Die Anreise bei guter Planung entspannt (vom Flughafen Athen nach Agina Marina und dann mit der Fähre nach Nea Stira). Das Haus macht einen sehr guten Eindruck. Es ist genug Platz für Gruppen/Familien. Gut klimatisiert. Super ausgestattete Küche und genug Bäder. Ein toller großer Garten mit Palmen und Olivenbäumen vermittelt mediteranes Flair. Der Strand liegt direkt hinter dem Haus (privat) und hat sogar Beschattung (Pluspunkt). Das Meer ist super sauber und geht flach rein. Prima für Familien mit Kindern. Das Haus selbst liegt sehr ruhig. Im Nachbarort (ca. 15 min Fahrt) gibt es zahlreiche Möglichkeiten zum Einkaufen und Essen gehen. Die Eigentümer vermitteln gern Empfehlungen und sind auch sonst jederzeit erreichbar. Ohne Auto ist es schwer. Es sind alle auf Ihre Kosten gekommen. Es eignet sich für alle, die Ruhe und Privatsphäre suchen und das Leben am Strand genießen wollen. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Non c è niente di piu bello

Meravigliosa. Accoglienza ottima dei proprietari.villa strepitosa. Spazi adeguati per il nostro gruppo 10 persone e 2 bambini. Spiaggia attrezzata dai proprietari adiacente alla casa Cucina attrezzatissima e porticato molto spazioso e acvogliente. Niente di piu bello.

just beautiful !!

A very good vacantion ! the villa is spendid , in just on the beach , just for us .Villa has a very good location , away from any noise .. ...We have a wonderful vacantion !! The villa is equipped with everything you need ... The owners are very nice.. .. The most beautiful vacation so far .. surely I will come again!
