The house was nice and the golfcarts a great bonus for the beach. The host was responsive when we had an issue with the air conditioning and kept us in the loop for status of the repair. The beach was amazing and the location is great for families with lots to do. They show a splash pad in pictures and we could not find one but the pool was nice. We would definitely stay here again.

We loved this property! There was plenty of room for everyone and the house had everything we needed. The golf carts were a great addition to this rental, making it easy to get to all the amenities. We enjoyed all the turtles, swans, and geese as well. Great vacation!

The house was so much fun. It already had board games, puzzels, cards, cornhole, and everything you needed for the beach. We really enjoyed our stay here. The house was big enough for our family and the hoat was easy to get a hold of and responded immediately.

Family Thanksgiving

This was our 2nd year staying at Marshas beautiful beach home. She was very helpful and a pleasure to rent from. Perfect for our family of 6 adults and 5 children. Great home for large family vacations!!!

Great house, nice location

House was perfect for family. Golf carts with rental were excellent for getting around. Pools and beach parking can be very busy, beach lot was full Sunday and was only available for dropping people off. Overall a great family trip. Owner was great with communication, and questions and wonderful to work with. Highly recommend this property.

All the comforts of home

This was our second year meeting up with family here for Christmas. We love Martha and Roger’s place because it’s such a well appointed rental with all the comforts of home. We enjoyed our stay yet again and made many more wonderful memories!

This place was great. So many things were supplied to make our stay pleasant. Lots of turtles in the pond in the backyard that entertained the children. Well stocked kitchen and big enough that everyone had their own space. Lots to do with golf cart rides, pool and beach. The carts were great getting to and from the beach. The DeRockers were very easy to work with

Great property for several family group vacation

We stayed at this house with our two children, my sister's family and my parents. This house basically had room for each family to have their own floor. The grill was in good shape and clean. The golf carts are a great inclusion, as are the beach chairs , beach toys, and beach towels. We would definitely rent this house again.

Beautiful Home

This home was everything our family of 16 was looking for, to have a wonderful vacation! Beautifully decorated, kitchen well stocked, roomy and clean. The house was everything we needed and more. We are a family of 11, we had plenty of space to be together and plenty to separate. The AC worked amazingly. Plenty of cooking items. The beds were on the firm side, but comfy. LOVED the pools and splash pad. So thankful for the golf carts because the beach is quite a distance away. I would give it an 11 out of 10! Highly recommend.

Summer Vaca

Very nice place. Clean and decorated nicely. Well stocked kitchen. Had a couple of questions for the owner and they responded quickly each time. The grandchildren enjoyed the games and bikes. Plenty of beach chairs if you don’t have your own. Our family had a great time.

Great Family Vacation!!

We had a blast over Labor Day Weekend. The house was great. Our family loved the room that the house provided. We also loved the golf carts that were provided to ride to pool and beach. The pictures do not do the house justice. Marsha, the owner was very responsive. No complaints! We will definitely book again soon.

We loved the house. We had a great time. Beth was very helpful with info for the day, also helped us fine the keys for the golf carts. We will stay here again our next time to the beach. The pictures online don't do this house justice. It's beautiful. Thanks again for a great week.

Amazing Getaway

The property was clean, safe and overall it was peaceful. I like the quite time from 11:00 am -7:00am. We enjoyed the golf cart rides throughout the neighborhood. Our house manager was awesome. I would recommend this home for a vacation rental to my family and friends. Thanks Carolyn ❤️ 😊

Loooooooooved the house

Start to finish the experience could not have been better. The house was beautiful, well maintained, and fully furnished. Everyone in our party loved it. The online description was 100% accurate, no over selling here. The owner (Marsha) was great to work with and very accessible for questions.

OUR VACATION 2019

IT WAS EVERYTHING IT WAS PURPORTED TO BE AND EVEN MORE. THE HOUSE FELT SO INVITING AND EVERYTHING THAT WAS NEEDED WAS IN PLACE AND IN ADDITION BEAUTIFULLY DECORATED. Great house but not my favorite neighborhood

The house and the owners were absolutely amazing! Marsha was timely with responses to all of our questions and the house was perfect for our larger family. Oceanside village as a whole however is not my favorite. We found some of the staff very rude and the process to get checked in was a huge headache.
