Tis’ Grace is the perfect vacation escape! Professionally decorated with coastal décor, enjoy beautiful unparalleled views of the ocean. Enjoy breathtaking sunrises, dining, or just relaxing on the covered oceanfront porch. Step out the back door to enjoy in your own private 21' x 10' pool or take the private walkway directly to the beach. Well-equipped kitchen with all large and small appliances, dinnerware, cookware, glassware, and utensils to prepare and serve meals. For added convenience, you will find Wi-Fi throughout the home and flat-screen TV’s in the bedrooms. Sufficient parking for five vehicles provided.

Sea Star Realty offers the most luxurious linens in the area. Including resort-quality plush towels, hand towels, face cloths, bath mats, and high thread-count sheets of superior quality for each bed in your vacation home (including sofa beds). In each bath, you’ll find complimentary elegant soaps. Waiting for you in your kitchen are kitchen towels, along with some complimentary items, including dish soap, and a kitchen sponge. Best of all, the beds will be made prior to your arrival and towels pre-hung in the bathrooms!

Tis Grace. A beautiful place.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time at Surfside Beach. The beach house was ocean front and we made use of the private beach access. I could watch my grandchildren playing on the beach with their parents from the outside porch without getting sand on my feet.The house was 5 bedrooms/5 baths located 1/2 mile from the pier and a great selection of restaurants within walking distance. Everyone enjoyed the pool everyday. It was very clean and refreshing.
