Awesome Location!

The property was great. 2 parking spots was nice. Loved the windows with the view of snow covered trees. We were worried that we wouldn't be able to get out of Mammoth because there was a possibility that the highway would be closed. The management company responded quickly to our concerns and said we could stay if necessary! Hope to stay in this property again in the future.

NO HOT WATER or water pressure

We were two families staying at this condo for 5 days and 4 nights. The upstairs of the condo sleeps 6, 4 in a loft and two in the bedroom. All of the closet space was taken up by the owners with junk and other dusty things thrown in the closet. There was no room to put away any clothes or luggage...6 people tripping over their things. When you open the upstairs bedroom closet, there is a huge hole in the wall with exposed plumbing. In addition, all of the closets were locked in the downstairs bedroom...again no place to put anything away. The biggest issue was that there was NO HOT WATER and NO WATER PRESSURE in the upstairs bathroom that is supposed to accommodate 6. The house was advertised to sleep 8 and yet 6 people are supposed to sleep upstairs with no hot water or water pressure in the dead of winter? This was never written in the description and we have stayed at multiple properties in this complex over the years without issue. Having 4 children unable to warm up after skiing all day or take a hot shower is unacceptable. The shower also only had a small trickle of water...no way anyone could actually clean themselves or wash thier hair. The management company (101 Great Escapes) tried to tell us that it was high time and too many people in the building. They should have put this in their description as we would have NEVER rented it. They have also been unresponsive to our request for money back or resolving this issue.
