Timber Ridge #31 - Ski in/ Ski Out to Eagle Lodge

This condo is a single level 2 Bdrm, 2 Bath (1100 square feet) with a keyless entry and a 6 person max including children of all ages.
Parking is in a single car garage (height 7 feet). To enter, you walk upstairs one floor from the garage to the private entrance. The condo is a single level once inside.
There is a full kitchen, dining area, living room, and a balcony with a propane barbeque (propane is provided), 2 bedrooms, and 2 baths.
The balcony has a wonderful south facing view toward Crowley Lake and the Owens Valley.
Living area amenities include in room WIFI, a Smart TV, and a woodburning fireplace. Wood is stored in the garage.

This condo has ski in / ski out access to Eagle Lodge during the winter months. Low level intermediate ski/riding ability is required.
The ski trails are groomed by Mammoth Mountain

During summer months, enjoy single track mountain bike and hiking trails right from the property. A bike pass is required from 9 am til 6 pm to use these trails

Common Area Amenities include a Year Round Indoor Spa and a Seasonal Outdoor Pool with a fantastic view (typically open from late May through mid September, and a Small Universal Gym and Central Laundry Room

Great place

This is the second time that we have stayed at Timber Ridge. Love the location - it is truly ski-in, ski- out. Room was clean. Plenty of firewood. Kitchen well stocked. No network TV however and the heating (wall units) was uneven, but overall it was great and I'd stay there again.

Never Book With 101 Great Escapes

This was advertised as Ski In/Ski Out, it is anything but that. When I asked the owner about this feature initially, I got no response but decided to book anyway, giving the benefit of the doubt. Now I know why. You had to walk down the driveway and then to a very steep path that was not ski-able (dirt and rocks), so you would have to walk down with all your stuff. In spite of that, we were completely snowed in by our porch so could not go outside that way. Snow was piled high to the ceiling and you could not open the door. The property itself was just ok, but not worth the money we paid. There were stains on carpets and dusty old furniture. Wifi didn't work, remote didn't work, Netflix was un-usable as a result. There was a gap between the carpet and kitchen tiles, toes were stubbed many times. Our son got sick and we tried to knock off one day as a result and the owner was very unsympathetic and rude. We had not planned on that additional day anyway (only added last minute) and the owner did nothing to work with us, only citing her cancellation policy. We fully understood the policy but we were asking for some polite customer service, particularly in light of the fact that he was not feeling well and could barely participate in any of the activities. That being said, they locked our door anyway and we couldn't use the code to get in. We had to call or a new code on the last day. I would never stay here again or book anything else through this company.

Cozy and easy!

Great resort. Nice ski in ski out capabilities. The garage was stocked with lots of firewood. The kitchen and amenities were nice and clean. We had a great time!

Beautiful place!

My husband and I enjoyed our first visit to Mammoth. We loved the condo rental, had all the necessary for our stay. Very cleaned. And very nice, welcoming and helpful customer service at the time of picking up the key. Defenetely we will come back and next time for a longer time.
