Completely remodeled front unit cottage located in the popular destination village of Corona del Mar. This light and bright home features custom hardwood flooring, Ceasarstone countertops, stainless steel appliances and designer furnishings. A large folding door opens out to a relaxing front patio creating an inviting indoor/outdoor environment. The open plan living area features a wood burning fireplace. As you walk back to the back bedrooms, you will enjoy a second side, private enclosed patio. A perfect place to barbecue or simply relax and read a book. The master bedroom features a walk-in closet, television, and an ensuite bath with large shower and double vanity sinks. The second bedroom is equipped with 2 twin beds. Located just off this bedroom is the 2nd bathroom featuring custom vanity and white subway tiles in the shower. Come and enjoy a relaxing stay near the beach. Short walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. Cottage has A/C!

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please put ALL dirty dishes in the dishwasher.
Strip all used beds. Ok to put bedding in a pile on the floor next to the bed. Place all used towels on the floor in the respective showers.
Take trash out to trash cans in the alley. Close and lock all doors. Front door close and press Yale button. Text or message Joe or Brooke when you have left.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Maid service required for fee $175 for stays longer than 14 days. Every 14 days, maid service required at same fee for remainder guest reservation.

Perfect spot!

The house was clean, updated, and very comfortable. We enjoyed this house for 2, open porch was wonderful especially with the perfect weather. Brooke was great and very available.

Everything was perfect. Only item that might have worked better for us, is a double bed in the second bedroom rather than twins. But understand twins might give it more flexibility with kids. But overall, we will definitely rent again.

Reunion with dear friends in CDM

Former Not Bch residents for 43 yrs., so this location was perfect. We had a rental car, and we were away except to sleep most days and did not take advantage of beach chairs, patio BBQ grill, newly remodeled kitchen—all the amenities available to the renter. The only challenge we had was the Utube TV. We are older and did not know how to operate. No problem! The owners were there in a flash to rescue us. We can’t think of anything to improve this rental house. Updated baths were well appointed as well. We enjoyed our 10 day stay with old friends!!

Perfect Stay in CdM

Brooke and Joe’s place is an older cottage which has been renovated and very well maintained and nicely decorated—just like the photos. It has two terraces to enjoy the outdoors. A 5-10 minute walk to the beach and much less than that to the village. Street parking was an initial worry but we had 2 cars and there was no problem finding spots even over Labor Day weekend. The place was appointed with everything we needed and Brooke met us on arrival to get us acquainted. Entire family enjoyed our one week stay and we would visit again if our travels take us back to CdM/Newport Beach.

What a gem in Corona del Mar

This is one of the best homes our family has stayed at traveling. Great space with a private shaded patio for end of day wind down, nice kitchen if you cook and perfectly located to many wonderful restaurants and a short walk to the beach. Brooke and Joe were really great on communication and set us up for a great stay. Our son already wants to go back and stay for more time, we'd definitely recommend and love to stay here again.

Great Stay in Corona Del Mar!

This beautiful, charming beach house is ideally located in Corona Del Mar. It is within easy walking distance to all restaurants and shops. Brooke was a great host and attentive to anything we needed during our stay. The home is well stocked with high-end amenities which made for a relaxing, pleasant stay. Will definitely return!

Relaxing and lovely

We had a wonderful time here! The owners (Brooke in particular, our person of contact) were extremely warm and welcoming, hospitality is a fading thing but Brooke was the consummate hostess. The house was in pristine condition and everything was spotless and well maintained. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet and perfect for our little family. We loved the light in the home and the airy farmhouse/modern vibe of the decor. Close to everything we came for; the beach, the dining, the shopping and the people watching. We would definitely stay here again!
