A cosy and well spotted condo on the Intracoastal

We had a wonderful holiday at this cute and convenient condo on the Intracoastal. The view is absolutely incredible as you can enjoy all the boats going through the Intracoastal. The listing description was accurate regarding the location, layout, amenities and it was clean and well- maintained. Lisa, the owner, is a very reliable person. We were only at a 7 minute walk from the beautiful Boca Raton South Beach so we enjoyed it almost everyday. You can rent a bike nearby and you are near from everything including restaurants. The neighborhood is also nice and safe. I highly recommand this property. We did enjoy it so much that we are coming back next year!!!! PS The neighbors were very nice too :)

Superb location + view of inter coastal waterway

3 blocks to South Boca Beach pavilion + bathhouse, walk to downtown Boca (restaurants, wonderful Eden Spa, etc.)+ Mizner Park shopping. Short drive to CVS, Trader Joe's, urgent care if needed. Loved the view...pelicans, sunning iguanas, even saw a manatee! Jet ski and boat rental at nearby hotel. FUN and relaxing. Can't wait to go back!
