About this property

Just Steps to the Beach! Kick Off Your Shoes, Relax, You're at Beach Bungalow

Beach Bungalow is located directly across the street from the beautiful sandy beach, just 200 ft. walk. It is one of three free standing apartments with 1 parking assign. Sits almost to the end of Briny Ave (East of A1A), so you will get the peace and quiet of the beach almost like is private. Best of all, Beach Bungalow is walking distance to restaurants, shops and attractions.

Our old beach Floridian bungalow has been completely renovated with all of today's amenities! cheerful, clean and we think it's just the perfect getaway place.
Open concept kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals or entertain. There is a gas grill and picnic table outside for the grill master among you.
The bedroom has a queen size bed and a full-size futon for extra sleeping, fully equipped with all linens. We provide beach chairs, towels, beach toys and umbrella, take off that watch relax and enjoy!

The Beach Bungalow also allows the convenience of walking distance to all the local shops, restaurants, bars, live music, boardwalk, 850 ft pier extending over the sea. Pompano Beach location is between famous Las Olas in Fort Lauderdale and the Lighthouse Point. The beach amenities include children playground, water splash, sand volley court, bicycle rental.

Things to know:
Up to one small pet allow with a onetime nonrefundable pet fee of $100.00. Sorry pets are not allowed at the beach.
Share laundry with one washer and one dryer machine located at the premises in the smaller shed.
Free one parking assigned spot #2.

We had an amazing time here! The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to cook, there were beach chairs, toys, hats, boogie boards, etc. The beds were very comfortable and we were steps away from the beach! We will definitely be coming back!

Fantastic location

The beach bungalow is a great little place to stay across the street from the beach. My GF and I also had easy walkable access to lots of bars and restaurants. Would gladly stay again!

We are a family of 5. We bought the beach bungalow and we fall in love with it. We leave in South Florida and we will be there if anything is needed but like to give our guest the freedom to enjoy their stay without us around.

Prime Location, on Briny Ave one of the most desirable street in Pompano. The mix of its proximity to everything and secluded neighborhood.

What makes this property unique

Only a few steps and the beach chairs can sit. Take long walks on the beach, shelling, sunbathing, reading, relaxing. Shop, restaurant and pier only three block away.
