Maison bien située avec calme et espace mais difficile d'avoir plusieurs interlocuteurs

Localisation et espace impeccable. PropretĂ© Ă  revoir avec photos Ă  l'appui au besoin , les poubelles dĂ©bordent Ă  notre arrivĂ©e on nous dit enlĂšvement mardi et jeudi alors que les poubelles passent tous les jours. ObligĂ©s de prĂ©venir que le robinet baignoire est descellĂ© et le robinet lavabo Ă©clabousse partout cela ne date pas d'hier d'aprĂšs le plombier intervenu rapidement. Les ventilateurs dĂ©goutants donc malsains. Code Ă  flasher pour Ă©tat des lieux n'existe pas. Difficile d'avoir des informations fiables entre vous et l'agence : cautions diffĂ©rentes, heure d'arrivĂ©e aussi et je n'ai jamais eu de dĂ©tails sur la taxe de sĂ©jour de plus de 50€. A signaler baignoire trĂšs haute ce qui peut ĂȘtre une gĂȘne pour personnes ĂągĂ©es et bien redire clim seulement dans le salon. Ce qui est apprĂ©ciable le lieu proche plage et commerces, le jardin, le calme, le stationnement sĂ©curisĂ© dans la rĂ©sidence Ă  cotĂ© (Ă  prĂ©ciser aussi). Enfin le prix relativement cher pour les services mais qui s'explique par le nombre d'intermĂ©diaires Foncia et vous.
