Brand new one bedroom Apartment. Good wifi, kitchen King bed. Hot tub two AC units. someone close by that can help you in case of trouble. He is Close to Avenida Poblado. Both TV's are over-sized. APT 401. Address Calle 9 #43B-70. This apartment is a few blocks from Avenida Poblado. You have supermarkets and ATM right there. Parque Lleras is 6 blocks away. You can have guests over they do however need to have a Cedula. Plenty of restaurants right outside your door. Parque Lleras is 5 blocks away.

You can have guests at your apartment never a charge. We ask you to ask that they Have ID. You do not need to pre-register your guests, it's your apartment.

Nice quiet place in Pablado.

I have stayed here once before and the apartment is a nice extremely clean place. A very comfortable stay in a quiet building. The management is great and responds to any issue within minutes. I will stay here in the future.

This is the second time I have stayed at this property. The check in process is easy, the apartment is well furnished. The place is clean and comfortable as well as quiet when you want to sleep. It's located in a great location and safe part of Poblado.

Would be nice if there was enough hot water to use the jaccuzi!

The proprty would be ok byt there was never enough hot water for the hacuzzi which was a bug letdown for me

Look if you’re unhappy why keep it to yourself? Tell me. We see if there’s an issue. All you have to do is stop water and add more hot water to the tub. If it goes cold empty. Then add more hot water. For $50 ish dollars we charge the place is a treasure. No real rules. Free guests. Ac. A big bed. A washer dryer in the hall way. A full kitchen a block fro Parque poblado.

Quiet spot

El Poblado Park is a funky area with several good eats and very central. Transportation is easy, especially if you use the metro. I never had to walk more than a mile to find one of the city’s main malls, Santa Fe.

Very nice place close to everything

I've stayed at this property before. The building is in a very nice location, close to Poblado parque and also close to the Metro. The kitchen is basic and could use a few updates in the pans, knives and accessories but is adequate. I had a few issues with the hot water but the management was quick to fix it.

We had no one show up for this apartment on Nov 25th. I checked. No one. No idea how you can leave a review without even staying. We are some of the cheapest ac apartments in poblado. Where we treat you like an adult can have guests. Don’t need to register them ahead of time. Shame about this.
