One Bedroom Ground floor 2 blocks from the middle of the bars and discos.. Full kitchen. Queen Bed. AC in bedroom and in living room Hot tub off the living room...Washer and dryer. Park lleras is two blocks out the door...ATM and markets and pharmacy are all under 2 blocks away. poblado....Everything is walking distance.. Can have guests never a charge. There is a Wall safe in your closet. Full kitchen. Natural light from the skylight.

Fantastic location, great shower and hot tub with warm water! I loved being in the heart of el poblado, so close to El Poblado park — and there was always someone I could contact if I needed anything during my stay.

Exceeds standards

This is about location, location, location! This is in the heart of Poblado. When I got dropped off late at night, it totally felt sketchy! However, it's totally secure. No matter which direction you turn, you are minutes to all the parts of Poblado you want to be in!! Grocery stores are literally less than a block away. Hot tub was wonderful! Very hot water.

The location is incredible! cute and a washer/dryer!

So crazy, how close this is, I couldn't believe it. Put on top of it, it had a dryer if you can find a dryer in this country you are doing really good. it's also private, there is no front desk. not private as far as the location private as far as who you want when you want how you want to enjoy the situation. as long as everything's legal, obviously when you have good intentions, but the impact is the opposite. Well, you've clearly done something wrong, sometimes certain things happen and it's secure as hell, safe, and there's a couple of older guys that live above on the other side that are pretty cool, so say hello to them if you see them sitting on the patio. i'd loved this place. oh, and the owner is cool as hell. 1000% recomend

Would stay again. Little noisy during the day but that's OK. Close to where I wanted to be. Only real nuisance was dogs barking. Not fancy but wasn't looking for a 5 star hotel. Great hot water and nice AC.
