Great location for seeing the beautiful sights of the Arcachon Bassin area. The Dune du Pilat just south of Arcachon is the tallest in Europe.Bordeaux is easily accessible by train with the nearest station (Gujan-Mestras) providing a good regular service.The local coastline has small ports, and sea marshes that provide a habitat for many species of birds.

Wonderful quiet house next to beautiful park

We really enjoyed our stay here. Mr. Laurent was very kind and helpful. The garden in front of the house is perfect to enjoy breakfast, lunch, dinner or BBQ. The railway in front of the house is not a problem: it only operates 7 to 22, only 4 trains per hour, and those are very quiet. Thank you very much for the great vacation and your patience with our 'French' knowledge, Mr. Laurent

Maison très lumineuse et agréable avec petit jardin .idéale pour partir en randonnée vers littoral et parc ornithologique en pleine nature Sauf le train qui passe devant. Mais pas rédhibitoire et très supportable.

Nous avons été ravis de notre séjour. À notre arrivée, un cadeau de bienvenue nous attendait. Les pistes cyclables situées juste à côté du logement sont extrêmement pratiques pour se déplacer et découvrir la région. Nous avons passé deux semaines vraiment agréables et recommandons ce logement sans hésitation.

Nous avons passé un super séjour.La location est très bien équipée, spacieuse et confortable. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par M. SUIRE qui est très gentil et nous a bien conseillé. La région est superbe et nous avons quand même pu profiter malgré la période des incendies de Gironde.

Location répondant précisément à nos aspirations, excellent confort, équipement plus que complet, en très bon état.Situation à l'écart de la ville sans en être pour autant éloignée. Tous commerces et destinations facilement accessibles en voiture, train pour Arcachon ou Bordeaux à 1500 m, ce qui n'est pas négligeable quand on connait la densité du trafic. Pistes cyclables en bon nombre, car l'un des de cette location, des vélos, en fort bon état, sont à disposition des locataires.Sans vouloir paraitre dithyrambique, je n'oublierai pas de mentionner l'excellent accueil qui nous a été fait par le très sympathique propriétaire, lequel reste toujours disposé à répondre à bien des questions et aiguiller les locataires afin qu'ils puissent apprécier pleinement leur séjour. N'ayons pas peur des mots : tout frise l'excellence.

Belle découverte . Maison spacieuse très bien équipée . Il ne manque rien . Hote très gentil et à l ecoute . Seul bémol la ligne de chemin de fer face a la maison mais on s y habitue vite . Je recommande

Merci Frédérique pour votre appréciation. Pour les prochains locataires vous pouvez voir, cela fait de nombreuses années que nous louons cette maison en bordure du Bassin d'Arcachon. Concernant le train, celui-ci ne fonctionne pas la nuit et il concerne seulement la ligne voyageur Bordeaux Arcachon, sans train de marchandise et aucun train la nuit.

Merveilleux Séjour

Magnifique séjour en famille de 3 semaines dans cette belle région du bassin d'Arcachon. La maison est très agréable, spacieuse, calme, parfaitement équipée et idéalement située. Le propriétaire, Monsieur Suire est très sympathique, accueillant, prévenant et nous a donné de nombreux conseils et tuyaux. Nous recommandons!

Maison au calme bien située pour visiter la région à pied, à vélo ou encore en train (Bordeau impeccable pas besoin de chercher à se garer... Decouverte bassin Arcachon

L emplacement central du gite nous a permis de découvrir en quelques jours le bassin d Arcachon. Le gîte est très agréable, calme et bien équipé. Petit detail : l angle du pied de lit dans la chambre dans le prolongement de la salle de bain est un peu agressif. nous recommanderons votre gite Bien cordialement

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la prévenance de M. Suire. La maison était tout à fait à notre convenance et correspondait à nos attentes. Nous avons également aimé les pistes cyclables nous permettant de pratiquer la marche sportive. Les magasins d'alimentation et les restaurants à proximité sont nombreux. L’électroménager et la vaisselle à disposition permettent de cuisiner sans souci. Nous réserverons sûrement une nouvelle fois.
