In the heart of the Arcachon basin, adjoining a villa, pretty house classified 4 stars, recent comfort (80m2) and its 8m x 4.5m salt swimming pool open all year round, secured by a roller shutter, opening onto a terrace facing south.

Heated from APRIL to NOVEMBER, during this summer period it is exclusively reserved for you (privatized.)



The property is located in a quiet area, close to all amenities. It has a fully equipped modern kitchen, 2 bedrooms (sleeps 5), 1 living room (wide screen TV), 1 Italian-style bathroom and separate WC. A private fenced terrace facing east, including 1 garden furniture, deckchairs, barbecue, electric plancha and blind. A parking space inside the property.

We reserve you a personalized welcome. We will share with you our love of the basin, where we will on this occasion show you the essentials of the Arcachon Basin, but above all the basin that we love. We will share our secret places and good tips, because for us you are our privileged guests.

Sheets, towels and household linen are provided and for your comfort the beds are made upon your arrival. We provide on request baby bed, bath, high chair.

During the very high season you have the option of having air conditioning, wifi (free). For lovers of the little queen + 200 km of cycle paths around the basin located 300m away, premises are available. The house is ideally located between forest and beaches, 5 minutes from the Biganos marina and less than 25 minutes from the Pyla dune, ocean beaches, Cap Ferret and Arcachon. Our non-smoking rental. Our animal freinds are not admitted.
As an option, we offer a day exploring the Arcachon Bay by boat, and for fans a day of deep-sea fishing.

Wir hatten einen rundum gelungenen Aufenthalt in dieser wunderschönen Ferienwohnung! Die Lage ist herrlich ruhig in einer Wohngegend von Biganos – ideal zum Entspannen und Abschalten. Die Wohnung ist sehr gepflegt und absolut sauber – man fühlt sich sofort wohl.Ein besonderes Highlight war der schöne, saubere Pool, der regelmäßig gepflegt wurde. Auch die Vermieter sind ausgesprochen freundlich und zuvorkommend – man merkt sofort, dass ihnen das Wohl ihrer Gäste am Herzen liegt.Besonders gefreut haben wir uns über eine kulinarische Aufmerksamkeit zur Begrüßung und nochmals während unseres Aufenthalts – sehr nette und persönliche Gesten! Ein unvergessliches Erlebnis war zudem die gemeinsame Bootstour mit den Vermietern im Bassin von Arcachon – ein toller Ausflug mit wunderschönen Eindrücken.Alles war einfach wunderbar – wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen und können dieses Ferienhaus wärmstens weiterempfehlen!Vielen Dank an unsere Gastgeber Myriam und Jean-Christophe

Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen mit einem Gastgeschenk und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Während des Aufenthaltes erkundigten sich beide Gastgeber mehrmals, ob alles in Ordnung ist, waren aber sonst sehr diskret. Z.B. war der Pool immer zu unserer eigenen Verfügung. Location très bien équipée, très propre et bien située au calme dans un quartier résidentiel. La piscine est un vrai plus (même si la météo de la semaine ne nous a pas permis de plus en profiter). Accueil chaleureux avec des explications et des conseils sur les visites à ne pas rater et un cadeau de bienvenue. Hôte disponible Je recommande cette location. Idéal pour un couple avec 3 enfants (ou moins)

Vacances reposantes

Accueil de 1er choix par Jean -Christophe et Myriam. Une belle explication du Bassin d’Arcachon, carte à l’appui, qui nous a amenés à en explorer chaque village, en voiture ou à vélo et à déguster les huîtres chez les producteurs. Une bouteille de vin et du thon en bocal, pêché par JC lui-même dont la passion est la pêche au gros, nous attendaient à l’arrivée. Si il était possible de mettre 20 étoiles pour la propreté et l’aménagement, ces propriétaires les auraient gagnées haut la main ! Nous avons également passé une formidable journée sur leur bateau à naviguer au gré des marées du bassin, baignades, paddle :-) et picnic. Endroit idéal pour se reposer. Pas un bruit ! La piscine est parfaite. Les propriétaires sont présents dans leur villa attenante mais d’une grande discrétion et toujours disponible avec le sourire et gentillesse. La localisation nécessite une voiture. Les pistes cyclables sont très agréables. Encore un grand merci et au plaisir de vous revoir. Anne et Marc.

Merci a Myriam et Jean-Christophe pour leur accueil. Tout est fait pour quon se sente bien dans leur location. Au calme, très propre, nous navions plus qu'à nous installer, tout etait prêt pour nous. Procge de la velodyssee, nous avons fait de belles ballades et avons profité de la piscine pour la récupération. Tres bien située sur le bassin, la location permet de profiter des principaux sites du bassin. Nous recommandons !

Es war ein erholsamer Urlaub

Wir haben ein sehr schönes, gemütlich eingerichtetes Ferienhaus angetroffen. Die Küche war für uns Selbstversorger sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Pool hat uns in der sehr heißen Zeit gute Abkühlung gegeben. Die Vermieter waren ausgesprochen nett und hilfsbereit, haben gute Tipps zu Ausflügen und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gegeben. Ein rundum erholsamer Urlaub. Wir können das Ferienhaus auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt

Wir durften eine Woche in dem schönen Anwesen verbringen. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und offen für jedes Anliegen. Die Gegend ist herrlich und bietet viele großartige Erfahrungen und Möglichkeiten für Ausflüge, wie z. B. die einzigartige Dune du Pilat, größte Wanderdüne Europas, das mondäne Bordeaux mit seiner sehenswerten cité du vin, das pittoreske Dörfchen „Saint-Émilion“ mit seinen Weinverkostungen an jeder Ecke, das trubelige Cap Ferret und natürlich der angesagte Surfspot Arcachon. Gerne kommen wir wieder! :)

Le bassin en hiver

Même si les températures pouvaient être fraîches le matin, nous avons pu profiter du beau temps pour effectuer quelques ballades en vélo et visiter les points intéressants du bassin grâce aux conseils de nos supers hôtes :).
