If you don’t mind driving a bit to get places around SE Wisconsin, this is a very nice place. Comfortable and spacious with a nice kitchen. Parking is on the street but easy. Host was very welcoming and we really appreciated the Kringle

Everything you could need!

Chris’s place was amazing. It was full of character and in a great location, with amenities galore! Seriously, anything we could have possibly needed was provided. The beds were super comfy, the kitchen was stocked, and the neighborhood was adorable and quiet. We were sad to leave! Don’t hesitate to book your stay here!

Easy Access to Kenosha

We were visiting Carthage College for the weekend. The location was a pretty straight shot to campus in a nice neighborhood. We enjoyed the upper unit. The bedrooms were relatively spacious and the living areas very comfortable. The open concept and numerous windows provided lots of light. We did experience low water pressure since there were folks in the lower unit. We would definitely stay here again if the need arose.

It was clean and the little extras were a nice touch. The rental below us however, was pretty loud. It felt like they were in the same room with us at times because the sound carried so much. The bed was just as promised - incredibly comfortable!

Second visit to this property.

We live the location and character of this property. Our last visit was to the downstairs unit. This visit to the upstairs unit found it identical in appearance, which is one of the things we love about it. It's the perfect size for us and in the style home we like. The differences we noticed were poor water pressure upstairs. From doing dishes, showing, filling coffee pot or filling glass of water from fridge, the water flowed VERY slow. The wood floors were very squeaky. I hope the renters downstairs weren't bothered by is walking about. This was not something I noticed when we had rented the lower unit before. However we did hear the activities going on downstairs... at all hours... and pretty clearly. I get it, it's an older home, but I'd we stay there again, it'll be in the lower unit. All in all, we still love the place. Christopher is a great host and communicates well with the guests.

This is a wonderful, large apartment with antique woodwork. It is well equipped. The new TV system was difficult to operate - need better instructions.

Lovely Craftsman house, great attention to detail!

Thank you very much for the lovely home! Your 'gifts' were a nice little extra and we appreciated the thoughtfulness. We had pleasant walks in the neighborhood every morning, including a quick visit to the Farmer's Market on Sat. where we were able to purchase the best local tomatoes. Beds were super comfortable~which I've found is extremely rare, so thank you for that!! Would happily stay here again when we return~Tracy and Paul

I have been married to my wife Alane for over 35 years. We have 3 boys. My two oldest sons married Brazilian girls, Gilly and Juliana.

Arthur and Juliana live in the Baltimore area with our new little granddaughter Victoria. She's so cute. Arthur is a computer programmer and Juliana is an employment specialist.

Alex and Giselle are in San Jose, California. Giselle is the first doctor in the family and teaches at the University of San Jose. Alex is our sales manager at our company in Phoenix.

Our youngest, Christopher (The FooF) is disabled and is the coolest kid. He's 29 years old. Our family travels to a great many places. Foof goes with us to the Grand Cayman's several times a year and other places like Aruba, Hawaii, Indy car races, concerts, and more. He loves to visit with his brothers and hang out.

I travel to China several times a year for business and pleasure. I feel with all the travelling we do, we know what travelers want and like. So, we have gone the extra mile to make our properties fun and unique. We print the custom artwork you see at our properties at my company in Phoenix. We have top notch beds, pillows, and bedding for "the ultimate sleep experience." Gym equipment, fun activities like Foosball tables, putting greens, and more!
