Alpine Tee Time - Spacious Holiday Home only minutes from downtown Helen

Tee Time is great place to be with friends and family. With a King bed with bath upstairs and a two bedroom suite with kitchenette and game room downstairs, guests can enjoy time together and have the option to be on separate floors when quiet or privacy is desired.

Once Georgia Mountain Rentals receives the reservation, the 20% discount will be applied to the rental rate and you will receive a Reservation Confirmation showing this amount!

The main floor has a well equipped kitchen, sitting area, sun room and deck. There are both a standard drip coffee maker and a Keurig for your convenience.

The master king bedroom and ensuite bath are located just off the living room. The walk-in shower has a step down, making for easy access. This bedroom features an armchair, television and a sliding glass door that leads out to a deck.

The downstairs space has a king bedroom and a queen bedroom. The downstairs bathroom in the hall has a tub/shower combination serving the king bedroom. The back queen bedroom opens onto the deck and has it's own bathroom.

Enjoy time together in the game room equipped with kitchenette, a gas fire stove, and lots of games including checkers, a pool table, a game table, and darts. (The futon in the images has been removed.) The washer and dryer are located behind the folding doors next to the kitchenette. There is a deck on the lower level that has a swing and hot tub and on the upper level a gas grill and picnic table.

Pets are not allowed. Alpine Tee Time is a Luxury Property and there is a security camera at the front door. Guests must be 25 or older to reserve.

House was perfect for our group of four, we each had a room to ourselves, the house was clean and spacious. The kitchen was well equipped with any size pots & pans, plus silverware and utensils. The area was quiet and we felt very safe in the area.

Awesome place to stay in a great location!

The place was very clean and very spacious. My teenage sons loved the bottom suite and game room. The house was minutes from downtown Helen which was super convenient. The hot tub was amazing, beds were super comfortable and the kitchen was adequately stocked with the essentials. I would definitely stay here again!

Overall a great stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The pictures are not up to date and it actually sleeps 8 3 bedrooms and another room with twin beds. The downstairs bedrooom behind the twins door doesn’t lock and window seals were very dusty and ceiling fan makes a loud noise. Deck furniture was not clean it had mold and spider webs, carpet is old and place was not that clean in general. But we still enjoyed our stay! Hot tub was nice and grill was hard to start but we made it work!

Superb Accommodations ... Just Awesome!

Nice place except the beds down stairs

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This a very nice place great location, very clean, my biggest complaint is the beds down stairs were horrible to sleep on, the one in master bedroom upstairs was nice all others not so nice. I would hope think with the money they are making they could put in some nice beds, with 5 beds in the house and only one is nice and comfortable, will we come to Helen at least once a year, I don’t think I would stay here again, there other places that are nicer, especially the beds which everyone uses at least once a day. If the beds are updated I would stay again. Let me know when they are.

Great location. House was very roomy. Hot tub was a plus. Just a few suggestions…the outdoor deck furniture was filthy and we could not use it. Keeping the garbage in the house was not sanitary maybe have a garbage pail in the house out of sight.

Nice and enjoyable with some constructive feedback

The property was nice and we enjoyed our visit. No major complaints however the carpet on the stairs going to the basement was dirty and needs to be replaced. The very back bedroom in the basement has water damage from an a/c window unit and the carpet was crunchy.

The house itself was fine but there were some issues that might not bother everyone but it is the small things that make you happy on a vacation and can easily be fixed! The sheets on the bed came off every night! ( solution: buy new sheets) The bathroom in the master bedroom could used some extra hooks for hanging your clothes while you were showering! I had to put the towel on the floor so I could reach it! Next, the toilets would run for an extended time after flushing and there were notes with a number to call if it didn’t stop! Just call a plumber and have this fixed! All this is just my being picky probably but when you pay over 2000 dollars for four nights it should look and feel and have EXTRA rather than less!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful time. Home was very clean, spacious and well equipped. Two families could definitely stay there, as there are 2 full kitchens. If someone is a golfer, perfect place to stay. We went tubing, ziplining , and really enjoyed the zoo! Even went and got a massage at a place about 15 minutes away. Only downfall is that the hot tub wasn't working. However, the management sent a maintenance man out every day, but unfortunately he didn't get it fixed until the day before we were leaving. They did apologize and gave us some extra tickets to the zoo for the trouble. Management company was very easy to work with, gave excellent customer service and I would definitely rent through them again.

Nice area ….. house needs updating

Positive first…. Management company prompt with requests. Kitchen is large and den furniture comfortable. Negative …..Pictures on vrbo are not current….House is cluttered with too much stuff. Most everything is old and worn including shag carpeting. . Kitchen is full of worn out, hodgepotch cookware, etc. Master shower had not been cleaned and toilet was not working properly even after prompt repair man worked on it. The bedroom and bath appear to be an add on and you have to go through another bedroom to access. The bedrooms downstairs were cold and door must be left open to get heat. Lastly , and a deal killer for a rental was the rats/mice that were in the walls in basement.

Safe and spacious

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property provided a safe home base for our vacation in North Georgia. It's in a gated community, and the geography makes driving up to the house challenging. The neighborhood is nice and seems quite safe; it's full of vacationing families. There's not much of a view out the back windows, but it's secluded.The house itself is older and in mostly fine condition. The decking in the back is extensive, and it would be nice if it weren't the middle of summer. Someone should check the boards on the stairs, though - some are very weak and rotten.The kitchen has new-ish appliances and is equipped with anything you'll need to cook during your stay. The downstairs area smelled somewhat musty. There is a bonus bedroom in the back with some water damage by the A/C on the wall. We noticed several bugs as well, but nothing too bad. The pool table was fun, and the TV upstairs was a good size.Overall, we made the best of things and enjoyed the property. If you are looking for a mostly modern place with lots of beds and bathrooms and aren't put off by a "cabin" atmosphere, this is your place. If you are someone who demands high luxury, maybe keep looking.
