This is a great place. It was a perfect home base for our adventures in Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park. It was clean, cozy and quiet. Great playground and pool for the kids. Saw wildlife on property too! Would recommend.
We had an amazing stay. Super clean, easy check in and out, quiet, and beautiful with nature right out our window! Will definitely stay again!!! This unit was located in perfect location on the property, a hot tub outside our door and the pool and another hot tub just across the walk way. We were also blessed to have 3 different black bears and quite a few mule deer walk on the property, AMAZING!!
The unit was very clean. Mattresses were top notch- we slept great. Washer and dryer worked great. Kitchen had very basic amenities. Enjoyed the hot tub nearest this building Although it needed sweeping daily and didn’t get it. The unit was quiet and parking very good. There isn’t any outdoor space of your own to speak of save a few chairs outside the door. The pool and hot tub at the main office were in need of cleaning. We did bring this to the attention of the office but saw no one attend to them. The hot tub was cloudy and there was a lot of debris in the pool. If they can get those in better condition it would be wonderful. Unit was not ready when we got there (an hour past check in time). We waited another 30 minutes to get in. Confusion over check out time in that owner gave one time and office said it was earlier. Not a big deal. Overall a very nice unit.
Our stay at WorldMark was wonderful. Prior to our visit I had a few questions and received prompt responses from the property manager. We didn't arrive until after the lobby was closed on the first day of our stay but the woman working the front desk called me and stated she would still be there when we arrived so we could get checked in. She offered many great tips for the area and was incredibly friendly even though it was after midnight. Our unit was clean and comfortable. The property itself was in a great location and the pool and hot tubs were very nice to have especially after long days of hiking. The beds, including the pull out couch, were comfortable. The only improvements I could suggest for our unit would be a few more kitchen utensils/pans as we did cook in our unit a handful of times and had to improvise. Additionally I would have liked more counter space in the master bathroom. Other than those two things, our stay was perfect. We will definitely be back. As far as recommendations for the area, we really didn't find any place that was really great to eat at. However, I would definitely suggest walking around Lily Lake and Sprague Lake (Sprague at sunset so you can see the moose). Also hiking the Alberta Falls trail and for a greater challenge, hiking the Gem Lake trail.
We had a wonderful stay at Estes Park. The property was in a fantastic location. Very quiet, very clean, convenient and ample parking. We particularly enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub. Wonderful to be located right near the river where we could see elk and bears right nightly. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen is well equipped and we enjoyed having access to several grills throughout the property. A great place for kids with plenty to keep them occupied. The property has games and movies to check out for free, some pool toys, a playground and fishing equipment. We met some other families during our stay and would meet up at the pool in the evenings. Staff was very nice. The only thing downside was having to pay for WiFi access.
The unit was the perfect size for the 5 of us. The location was great and the full kitchen and washer/dryer were nice to have.

Liked: Cleanliness, location, listing accuracy
Disliked: Check-in
Perfect location and amenities for families.
The poor points first:
I knew ahead of time that I would have a later flight, so I asked the owner how to get a key. I was told the office is open 24/7 and that someone would always be there. We arrived at 1am (flight delay) and the office was closed. There was an emergency phone, so we used it only to find out the office closes at midnight!!!
Thankfully, the office manager agreed to drive down to open the office and give us a key. However, she was not happy about it.
The condo is quite small. The two twin beds worked out well for our adult son and preteen though. The condo was beautiful though and it was well equipt to meet our needs. The size was fine for us, but had we needed to spend more time there, we were a tad cramped.
Good points:
Where do I begin????
The condo and grounds are beautiful! The river out back was so peaceful! The view of the Rocky Mountains from the complex were amazing!
The complex is close enough to everything, yet far enough away from the crowds and noise to be relaxing. The pool and two hot tubs were amazing! Great amenities from lawn games, fishing, and swimming, to soaking in the hot tub and grilling dinner on one of the many grills.
Close to shopping, tourist attractions, restaurants, and the Rocky Mountain National Park.
Side note: Smokey Dave's Barbecue is super close to the condo and was our family's favorite by far!!!
Our first trip to the Rocky's and Colorado in general was by far the best vacation we could have asked for. Other than a couple of hiccups, our stay was great! Highly recommend!!
Was disappointed that our condo was not ready when we checked in at our designated time. Had to wait over an hour with very excited kids. The description of the condo we thought we were renting had a balcony and it overlooked the Thompson River. We were on the ground floor with no patio. Was disappointing. Location was great.
We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property. The property was very clean with a great location on the Big Thompson River.

Excellent getaway
We had a wonderful time in Estes Park and loved this condo. The location was fantastic and it was stocked with everything we needed for the week! There is a grill available right outside of the unit and a picnic table that faces the river and mountains. We loved it!
Location is a little far from town. Wish there was a shuttle from condo to downtown. Property tho was very nice and clean. Unit was a bit smaller than what we’re used to. Second bath is NOT attached to second bedroom. Very limited closet space. Uncomfortable furniture. Despite the shortcomings, we still enjoyed our stay at this home away from home.
Booking process was easy and communication was great! Condo and staff were great. Perfect location with only 15 minute walk to downtown and short drive to Rocky Mountain National Park.
