I apologize for the toilet seat, there was a miscommunication that I did not know about until the day after your one night stay. With a second bathroom you were covered or a quick call would have had us out there right away. The host fees cover, cleaning, laundry, booking fee. They are not ridiculous, they pay the wage of the people who serve the guests who come to visit our mountains. Cleaning a two bedroom two bathroom home with a full kitchen, living room, deck and private hot tub is definitely going to cost more than a motel room. This home is a great place to spend a relaxing vacation with all the amenities and comforts of home along with a beautiful view.
Condo was spotless, with everything we needed for a weekend trip. View was amazing. Hot tub was a great experience after a day of hiking. Less then 10 minutes from town. Beds were very comfortable. Super nice! Quiet, never heard a peep from neighbors.

Wow Megean!!! So glad you had a great time. Loved all the positive things you had to say. Come back again soon.
Great place, very clean, very accessible. We rented this place based on its wheelchair accessibility and it was almost perfect. The master bed is a bit high and the second bedroom does not have room on the sides for the wheelchair. The stove and sink in the kitchen were just a tad too low to roll under, but workable. We loved this place and will definitely be back! Thank you for having an accessible place to rent for those of us that need it!

Thank you, Alyssa! We're so glad that you enjoyed your stay at the 16A condo and hope that you'll be back again soon!
Accommodations were clean and comfortable. Plenty space for 4 people. The surrounding view was excellent. We had capped off each night in the hot tub with a clear sky “FULL” of stars.
Only draw back was trying to dial in the hot water. The shower head in the master suit isn’t practical. Not enough water pressure and trying to get the right temperature was very difficult. The place was clean and tastefully decorated. TVs could use some updating but we didn’t go there to watch TV so that’s not a big deal.
All in all it was a nice place to stay.

Thank you, Jim! We're so glad that your group was comfortable at the Mount Cairns 16A condo and enjoyed its private hot tub and views. We appreciate all of your feedback and I've passed along your concerns to the appropriate parties. We hope you'll be back to stay again soon!
Our family stayed here for 5 days and of course loved Estes Park and RMNP. The condo is very nice. However, for the price, there need to be several important tweaks made. First of all, if you have more than four guests staying and are using the fold-out couch, there are no blinds or drapes for the windows and the sun rises at the main window where it is, so that was a challenge, even with night shades. The toilet paper at Denver Airport is nicer than the toilet paper given to us here. In fact, be sure to pack your own as you are only given a "starter pack." Both televisions could use a hard upgrade. They are about as small as the palm of a big bear's paw and one of the remotes flat-out didn't work. My mom stayed in while we went rafting (total blast!) and was stuck with the outdated television without a proper remote control. Lastly, the showers look great but they have cheap showerheads that don't spray a lot of water, so you have to hold your head a certain way and it's not comfortable. Overall, beautiful place but once again, people are taking advantage of their beauty and not investing on simple creature comforts, starting with simple toilet paper.

April, Thank you for your review - I appreciate all of your comments. We would have loved to address some of these issues while you were staying in house. As we could have fixed the TV remotes and put up some temporary blinds up- We didn't hear from you so we were not able to address them as you did not make us aware. We will let the owner know of your feelings about the TV and Blinds. Thank you SkyRun Estes Park
A wonderful condo with amazing views of Mary's Lake! I enjoyed the fireplace, hot tub, and Ninja coffee machine, as well as walking down to the lake area.

Very nice! Great views. Easy access. Have stayed in these condos before but this was best unit for our needs. Had a little challenge finding the unit. Could have had better directions. Will most probably return. Best we have had in Estes Park.
