Spring break at the beach

The property was great for our family of five. It was located a short distance away from the busiest areas of Panama City beach which was great for us. Things were quiet and access to the beach was perfect. We would stay here again.

Second time in this unit. It’s great. Huge balcony, very fast elevators, Scott sends all info you need. What’s not to like. Beach service is wonderful with the new company this year. LDV gentleman were so polite and on the ball. Especially Alex, putting in 11 hour days, be sure to tip them. It’s a nice relaxing vacation spot. Definitely recommend.

1st timers and we will absolutely stay here again! Perfect patio situation! Too many rentals we have stayed in have the crappiest furniture. Thank you for making that space a priority to enjoy a cup of coffee in the mornings, lounge in the sun when you are over the gritty sand and watch the sunset while having dinner! The patio furniture is the literal best! The rest was amazing too. Clean, comfy beds, and a well cured kitchen. Can’t wait to come back!

The rooms and condo are so beautiful and clean! The view and outdoor area was so nice I took a nap out there one afternoon. We have 3 children and we had plenty of room! The whole building was always kept cleaned and they had security there which definitely gave us a peace of mind. We will be back! Our stay in this condo was absolutely amazing! The furniture and beds were incredibly comfortable, making it easy to relax and unwind. The patio was a true highlight—the glider chairs were perfect for enjoying breathtaking sunrises and sunsets.The beach was just as incredible! The water was clean and clear, and it wasn’t crowded, making it a perfect alternative to busier spots. There was plenty to do, yet it never felt hectic—just the right balance of relaxation and great people-watching. The chair service was super easy, and communication throughout our stay was excellent.Everything was super clean and beautifully updated, making it one of the best places we have ever stayed. The hosts made everything effortless and welcoming, and we truly couldn't have asked for a better experience. We will definitely be back! Highly recommend—this place deserves all the praise!

The booking directly through Tropic Beach Getaways is really easy. The condo is in a great location and easy to get to. Not a ton of traffic. The beach is clean. The beach chair service is convenient and nice. The elevators have been upgraded and are fast and work well. They added cornhole boards since last year near the grills. The condo is clean and really well decorated. The new swivel rockers on the patio are fantastic. Most of all Scott and Leigh are easy to work with and make everything enjoyable.

We absolutely loved this condo. The owners, Scott and Leigh Ann were very nice to work with and responded to any questions very quickly. When we arrived we found our unit to be spotless and very nicely decorated. The views from the balcony are amazing but even better were the new furnishings that were recently added. Inside the condo the living room furniture is very comfortable including a couch with dual recliners. The kitchen is well stocked and each bedroom was very roomy as were each bathroom too. Last but not least, the location of Tropic Winds is very nice as well. It's close enough to Panama City Beach (the Strip) and Pier Park but far enough away to avoid the heavy traffic and congestion. We will definitely be back for sure! Thanks again for an amazing vacation.

We've stayed at many condos in PCB but this was one of our favorites. Scott was great to work with and was extremely communicative. We loved the size of the complex and closeness to the beach. The condo we stayed in was decorated beautifully. They did not go cheap on furnishings or finishes. The west end balcony was large with amazing views and higher quality furniture. The reserved parking spot so close to elevator was a bonus. Having free beach service was also a nice perk. We appreciated the little things like having liquid hand soap at all sinks, night lights, and toilet paper that wasn't paper thin. The beach and complex were quiet and not crowded, which is one of our favorite things about the west end. I would definitely recommend renting from the Knights!

Views Galore

Loved this condo! The balcony is so spacious. This was a corner unit on the west side so you could see the sunsets easily from the balcony. We also found it quiet, maybe heard chairs moving above us only a couple of times. The elevators would not always work so that would slow you down. And parking in our big truck was a little stressful. But other that that, this was a great place and we would love to stay here again. The instructions were easy and the check in/out process was easy to follow. Also go to Mike’s restaurant and Thomas’ donuts owned by the same people. Fabulous. We had great weather all week. The water was so nice. So salty that I could float! Also I liked that we had the umbrella and chaise lounges are included. You just need to get to the little stand about 8:45 and stand in line to get a front row spot. Not a problem for me as I wake up early. The sunsets were breathtaking! Thank you Steve. We enjoyed it!

Why they chose this property

This condo is conveniently located on the west end of Panama City Beach. Location, Location, Location! It is 6 miles to 30A, 2 miles to Pier Park for shopping, eating, and the pier. Our condo is on the west end of the building, and not too high and not too low.

What makes this property unique

One of our favorite features of this condo is its location... on the west END of the building. We can see the sunsets, and the views all the way to San Destin. The gulf breezes are amazing on our end unit which makes it more comfortable for sitting on the large balcony where we begin each day with coffee watching the sea life and end it with breath taking sunsets.
