Large sofa in the living room, bedroom with a large double bed and 2 bunk beds, dressing room for clothes, bathroom with shower cubicle and WC. Ski locker outside.
The apartment is located 1 km from Italy 12 km from Briançon. Panoramic view of the surrounding mountains. In winter, the village and the ski slopes at 900 m, stop in front of the apartment for the free shuttle.

Great apartment for small family.

Communication with host and the agency was good, we were to collect keys after office hours and this was communicated with easy to follow instructions.The apartment was clean, and very well equipped, in a quiet area. 15 min walk from the slopes but we knew this on booking and there is a free regular shuttle bus for those who don’t want to walk.

Best Apartment I’ve stayed at in Montgenevre

Clean, great location (shuttle to snow front arrives at the doorstep), and charming owner. Property manager however seemed disorganized, was intermittently at the office when assistance was required, and miscommunicated the payment procedures for linens and towels. This should not dissuade you from staying at this incredible apartment.

Late season snow!

Convenient apartment with a lovely, modern kitchen and beautiful views across to the slopes. There is a regular ski bus (every 30 minutes when we were there), but we preferred to walk 10-15 minutes and store our skis at the foot of the slopes. Michel the host was very responsive to all our queries and the agency with the keys was easy to find. The resort was quiet with good skiing for all abilities, we liked restaurant 'Le Trio' by the main ski area. Don't miss a visit to the Balneo spa!

Beautiful Place

We have just returned after a wonderful week staying at the property. The property was a perfect size and in a great location with a very regular shuttle bus stopping straight outside. The bus was very much needed with all the equipment and took us straight to village and ski slopes/ school every day. The views from the property were amazing and I really enjoyed waking up to everyday it was also so peaceful both in the day and Night. From our initial booking till our stay Michael was an amazing host and always answered any questions or queries almost immediately. The property was clean, warm and very comfy. Would definitely recommend when staying in the resort. Thank you for everything Jess

Garage aménagé avec peu d'ouvertures et un rideau métallique neuf...

Situé sur le parking des résidences du soleil, l'appartement est en fait un garage aménagé ce qui n'apparaßt pas sur les photos . La chambre contient un lit 2 places ainsi que 2 lits superposés...il faut ramper pour monter sur le lit 2 places si on est situé du mauvais cÎté. Une grande baie vitrée est la seule ouverture du coup on est en vitrine pour les utilisateurs du parking et pour la navette qui fait demi tour devant l'appartement.Pas de chauffage dans la sdb. Le rapport qualité-prix n'est pas bon du tout.

Apartamento grande y cómodo para 3 o 4 personas. La parada de la navette gratis estå justo delante y te deja en los remontes para esquiar. Andando al centro son solo 8 minutos. Vistas bonitas. No hay båsicos de baño ni de cocina, como paper WC, jabón lavaplatos, trapos de cocina o sal y pimienta.

Great apartment and location

Check in was easy and property appeared just as expected, perhaps even a little bigger than the pictures show. The apartment was well equipped and the host was easy to contact whenever we needed something - he even contacted us to make sure we knew how to turn the electric radiators on which was very much appreciated. The free bus stops right outside the apartment which was very convenient - picks up every 30 minutes and starts before the lifts are open so I would reccomend using this very much. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again in the lovely apartment .

Le logement est trĂšs fonctionnel, avec une grande piĂšce Ă  vivre et une cuisine bien Ă©quipĂ©e, un grand cagibi (pour les valises, manteaux, nourriture...), et une chambre sĂ©parĂ©e. Il est un peu Ă©loignĂ© du centre ville et du front de neige, mais la navette qui s'arrĂȘte en face du logement compense parfaitement cet Ă©loignement.

Excellent sĂ©jour autour de noel dans le logement l’Ourson! La navette juste Ă  cĂŽtĂ©, la station, le bon contact avec le propriĂ©taire. Nous Ă©tions en famille parents et deux enfants de 5 et 7ans. We have just returned from an amazing week skiing in Montgenevre. With excellent weather and snow conditions. This was our first time visiting the area and Michel was a great source of information from the start. Answering all questions quickly and efficiently. The apartment is bigger than expected, the pictures don't do it justice. We were a family of 4, two children aged 13 and 8. There was plenty of room for us and all the fittings are of excellent quality. The apartment is located at the top of the village but the bus stop is right outside the apartment providing door to door service regularly (bus arrived every 15/20 mins throughout the day). We will definitely stay again if we visit the area in the future.

Modern, clean and comfortable in a great location.

We booked this apartment for three adults. It was spotlessly clean and really well equipped. The beds were comfortable and the modern bathroom, new kitchen and dining area were all perfect. We met Michel the owner and he was absolutely charming and very helpful. The ski bus stops right outside the door and is a very friendly and convenient service. We would highly recommend this apartment to small families and groups.

Perfect apartment for a family

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment over Christmas. It is well equipped, more spacious than we expected and well heated. Mr Brunel and his family were very welcoming and answered all of our questions prior to our stay extremely promptly. The free bus stops right outside the front door, making access to the slopes, with skis, extremely easy. We look forward to staying again next year!
