You will have a very nice and luxurious apartment (Delivered on 12/20/2015). Mountain spirit, located in the village of Montgenevre. Very spacious, for 6 to 8 people, south oriented. You can enjoy its terrace and its garden with view to the tracks of Prarial. Quiet, at only 300 m and 4 minutes from the ski lifts, ski return at the foot of the slope possible. 3 double rooms of which: - Master suite (with 160 x 200 bed) - bedroom with a 140 x 200 bed, - a mountain style area equipped with bunk beds, - a comfortable 140 x 190 sofa bed with memory shape mattress, two bathrooms - a bathroom equipped with a bath spa - a shower room (master suite) the vast living room opens onto a fully equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, coffee-maker…) Garage in the basement, remote control, ski locker, a small garden with some equipment as playground for the children (Grill, sandwich griller, waffle maker, crepe maker, stone grill, + 10 board games). The accommodation is very well located at 250 m from the mini market. All amenities and shops of the Montgenevre station. Durancia is at less than 15 min. from the centre (swimming pool, spa, wellbeing...) Cleaning service at the end of the stay included. Communication from the host was outstanding right from the start. And the local concierge was also excellent and so helpful. The apartment was exactly as described and had everything we needed and more! We really loved our stay becoming quite attached to the place with evenings enjoyed after a day’s skiing or a snuggly afternoon when the weather gave visibility that stopped skiing.The location is excellent too with a short walk to the main street where many of the lifts are as well as a range of shops, restaurants and cafes. Alternatively the bus stops directly outside the building and does a loop of the village with stops at lifts as well as other places. Our car never left the garage as everything is easily accessible! Highly recommend :)

Fantastic stay in this lovely apartment

We loved this apartment especially having the ground floor access to the snow so the children could play out in it. The jacuzzi bath was a lovely treat after a day on the slopes.The owners were lovely and so helpful. Would visit again.

Family ski Easter

Fabulous apartment, clean, well equipped. Very communicative hosts and manager. Brilliant for our nephew as there were lots of games and cuddly toys to make it feel homely. The terrace is a wonderful sun trap. Would high recommend!

Beautiful apartment

This is such a good resort and the apartment is amazing ! Really comfortable for a family of 4 , an excellent addition of a jacuzzi bath for your ski legs! . 10 min walk to the ski school Meeting point and lockers , 5 mins to sledge park and supermarkets, Bakery . The communication was really good , Francois was lovely when we got there ! All in all we had a fantastic trip and will be returning . Thank you for letting us stay

Wonderful apartment

Modern and bright apartment a short walk from the snow front. Easy walk down in the morning, but there is also a regular bus back up the hill for tired legs after a day of skiing. Wonderful views of the ski area from the lounge. Well equipped kitchen and easy to self cater. We were a family of 4 and appreciated the extra space and two bathrooms. Host was very quick to come back regarding any queries. Would not hesitate to stay again.

Great ski break for 2 families

Great apartment well equipped and very central for access to the slopes and the bars and restaurants. The apartment worked really well - we were two families - two mums and 4 kids and the accommodation met our needs well. Only small suggestions would be an additional small sofa in the sitting room area to make it more comfortable for all to relax after skiing. Francoise the manager was super helpful. WE would recommend this apartment and would happily stay again. We used Snow Cabs to transfer from TUrin airport which was really efficient and we rented ski lockers in town at the intersport opposite the ski school meeting areas

Nous venons tous les ans dans cette station de Montgenèvre que nous adorons, et c'était la 1re fois dans ce logement. Nous y avons passé une très agréable semaine. Nous étions 1 couple et 2 jeunes adultes (2024 ans). Le logement correspond très bien à l'annonce (mais il n'y a pas de piscine). Très exigeante sur la propreté, je n'ai rien eu à redire. Le logement est bien situé, joliment décoré, et l'espace séjour est spacieux même si nous avions été 6 ou 8 personnes. Les équipements annoncés sont conformes au descriptif et de bonne qualité. La literie est d'une excellente qualité. Nous n'avons jamais vu aussi bien. Les points négatifs que nous pourrions noté mais qui n'ont pas entaché notre séjour sont: Le ballon d'eau chaude semble d'une capacité insuffisante même en forçant son fonctionnement, nous ne pouvions pas prendre 4 douches à suivre en arrivant le soir. (peut-être n'avions nous pas compris la notice...). La hotte au dessus la plaque de cuisson n'est pas adaptée, de la condensation recouvre les meubles hauts et retombe dans les casseroles. Le casier à ski est petit, à 4 personnes il était complet (chaussures skis bâtons).Nous aurions aimé avoir 2 jeux de clés complets (entrée logement casier à skis). Sinon tout était parfait, nous reviendrons sans hésitation et nous recommandons ce logement. La conciergerie et les propriétaires ont été très sympathiques et ils ont été réactifs à nos demandes. C'est un grand plus. A l'année prochaine,

Randonnées à pied ou à vélo Pumptrack et mini golf pour les petits Petite incursion en Italie à Clavere ( joli magasin de déco ) et à Sestrières . Super semaine dans ce logement très agréable. Propriétaires gentils et attentionnés. Un grand merci à Françoise pour nous avoir facilité notre arrivée et nôtre départ . Le Jardin et la terrasse plein soleil sont un vrai plus. Le sommeil est garanti grâce à une bonne literie et un grand calme autour même si l’on se trouve pas très loin du front de neige et des commerces. Nous espérons y revenir!
