Beach Colony Resort E-11A - Fabulous East in unit
We invite you to be our guest at Beach Colony's newest tower in our East End unit, located on the 11th floor. From the oversized (300sq. Ft.) balcony, you will see some of the best views of one of the most beautiful beaches on the Gulf. From the breakfast nook, you'll find breath-taking views of Perdido Bay and Johnson Beach State Park.
As you walk through the front door, you'll feel right at home in our comfy, beautifully decorated condo. Through the double doors on the right, you'll enter our large master bedroom with a king bed. The master bath has a jetted tub and a stand alone shower. Down the opposite hall, you'll find the other 2 bedrooms with queen beds in each. These bedrooms have their own bath, as well as a 23" flat screen TV with DVDs. The kitchen is fully equipped and has granite countertops. The living area has a large wrap around sofa with a 55” Flat Screen TV, DVD, and stereo.
Exclusive Beach Colony Resort is located on 11 acres of fabulous beachfront. The East Tower has 2 elevators with only 4 units per floor. Located on the property are 3 pools (1 heated), clay tennis courts, & pickleball courts, and a fitness center.
Once you have spent time visiting with us, you'll know you've found your new "Home away from Home!

My husband & I live in Douglasville, GA. We love visiting Perdido Key any time during the year. We have a business that we own and operate in Douglasville. We have 2 children, 2 grandchildren, and our sweet dog, Romeo.

We purchased this property while it was under construction because we loved the beach there and we needed a larger condo since our family was growing.
What makes this property unique
We fell in love with this condo when we saw the incredible views - Johnson Beach to the east and the beautiful ocean directly in front of us!
