Welcome to your cozy cottage-style getaway. This charming 2-bedroom 2 bath condo is thoughtfully designed for comfort and relaxation. The master bedroom features a plush king bed and private ensuite bath with a walk -in shower, complete with safety bars and a convenient shower beach. The second bedroom offers 2 twin beds and easy access to an adjacent bathroom with tub/shower combination. Unwind in the inviting living room which includes a comfortable sofa and a sleeper sofa for extra guests. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to feel at home, including both a drip coffee maker and a Keurig. The kitchen flows seamlessly into the dining room and features additional seating at the breakfast bar- perfect for morning coffee or casual meals. This condo blends cozy charm with modern convenience for a truly relaxing vacation.
Continue your workout routine in the well-equipped fitness center, soothe those muscles while soaking in the hot tub. Take a swim in the warm Gulf waters or make a splash in one of the 3 refreshing pools. With a traffic-controlled pedestrian walkway, explore the private dock/pier located across street at our Riverside building. Lighted tennis/pickleball courts, propane grill house and kayak rack.
Minimum age to rent is 25 years old.

Parking passes are managed by VRPS (Vacation Rental Parking). Guest will receive an invitation to register up to 2 vehicles per condo: $55.00 plus tax, per vehicle, per stay. Boat/Trailer registration fee $350.00 per week or $55.00 per day
Unregistered vehicles will be ticketed, booted or towed at the vehicle owner's expense.

There are (2) Level 2 Blink Electric Vehicle Chargers at SeaSpray Condos in the Riverside parking lot. The 2 spaces are near the maintenance shop.

A warm welcome home!

Very welcoming and lovely condo. Instructions were very clear, and it was appointed with everything one would need. Best kitchen appointment I have seen. After enjoying time at the beautiful beach, it was a delight to look forward to coming in to relax inside. We only wish we could have stayed longer! Loved it!

Great fun furnishings. Wonderful views from the living areas. Nice comfy King bed. Would definitely stay again in that unit.

COVID-19 getaway

Confirmation not received. Had to google phone number for Seaspray to call. No reason for not emailing confirmation. Couldn’t get in condo until 5:00 a.m. Maybe due COVID-19 cleaning. Hurricane Sally ran us out after 2 nights of planned 4 night stay. No insurance. But really Loved the Condo.

Perdido Key

I loved my stay here. It was very nice and clean and exactly like it was described. It was perfect! I loved every minute of it. I decided to leave a week early because of the coronavirus and everything going on back home, but I'm booked for next year and I'm looking forward to it already!

Condo great, Seaspray as a whole needs work

The condo itself was great. Spacious, clean, and comfy. Coffee on the balcony every morning was wonderful. The shower in the master bath is a nice touch. Seaspray as a whole needs work. Only 1 elevator worked in our building, making coming and going a long wait time. In order to use the gym (exercise room), you needed to pick up a key from the front office, which we did; but the lock is so old, our key didnt work. Three days before our trip, a tropical depression entered the gulf, I called twice and both times was told the assistant manager would call me back. I did not receive 1 phone call back from her. I was very disappointed that they'd brush off a paying customer.

Awesome Condo!

Stayed for eight nights, could have stayed a month!! Nicely decorated, comfortable beds, great showers and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Loved the pool and beach! If I had any complaint it was the people above us but after reporting the problem to the office all was taken care of. We'll definitely rent this condo again!!
