A Crotoy Located in a quiet residential area, 100 meters from the beach, spacious villa welcomes you with family or friends to resourcer you in the Somme Bay.
The ground floor is occupied by a full basement, handy for storing bicycles.
Very bright thanks to its triple exposure, the first floor has a living room, a modern kitchen, opening onto a large veranda facing west, a bathroom with walk-in shower, two bedrooms and a separate WC .
Upstairs are two large rooms decorated to the taste of the bay, and a bathroom with bathtub.
The south west PAYAGE garden features a large veranda with table, barbecue, deckchair.
You are 5 minutes walk from the center of crotoy, 100 m from the beach.

Great stay!

This house is spacious, very well-equipped, full of light and very clean, with a large enclosed garden. The location is ideal - quiet, near the town centre and a five-minute walk to the beach.We really enjoyed our 5 days here and would be happy to return.However, the house is not suitable for people with limited mobility.

Das Ferienhaus liegt sehr nah am Strand und hat ausreichend Platz fĂŒr uns 4 Erwachsene und den 2 Hunden geboten. Die Hunde konnten im eingezĂ€unten Garten rennen und am Strand toben. Die Unterkunft ist gut ausgestattet. Bis ins Zentrum vom Le Crotoy sind wir ca. 25 Minuten gelaufen. Der Weg ist sehr schön, entlang der Promenade, zu laufen und bietet jeden Tag neue EindrĂŒcke.

We had a really great time staying in the house, which had everything we required and was located in a fantastic area just a short walk into Le Crotoy. Would definitely recommend the property and the area which was a great base to visit the north coast of France. Thanks to the owners.

Perfect for us

We traveled as a party of 6 adults, one toddler and two dogs. The property was very spacious both inside and outside with plenty of parking. Fantastic location for beach, shopping and restaurants. Shops and restaurants were about 15 minutes walk for us. Everyone was very friendly.

Schlechtes Preis-Leistungs-VerhÀltnis

Insgesamt haben wir uns eine schöne Zeit gemacht, aber vom Haus waren wir bei dem Preis doch enttĂ€uscht. Die Gegend ist schön, auch wenn man das GefĂŒhl hat, dass das Wasser fast nie ‚da‘ ist. Der Strand ist nah, aber nicht wirklich zum Baden geeignet aufgrund der starken Strömungen. Das große Plus des Hauses sind der umschlossene Garten (keine AusbĂŒchsmöglichkeiten fĂŒr den Hund) und die Betten, die sich gut geschlafen haben. Ansonsten ist das Inventar nicht modern, die Kaffeemaschine zu alt und selbst bei vier Personen zu klein. Besonders die BĂ€der bedarfen einer GeneralĂŒberholung. Die Toilette oben war nur fĂŒr Pipi empfohlen, tropfte stĂ€ndig, so dass wir den Abfalleimer unter den SpĂŒlkasten stellen mussten und die Toilette unten lief stĂ€ndig. Der Garten könnte bei besserer Pflege schön sein.

Ein Haus in guter Lage, aber etwas vernachlÀssigt.

Eigentlich könnte es ein schönes Haus sein, wenn es sauber wĂ€re (im KĂŒhlschrank noch KrĂŒmel und angebrochene Lebensmittel, in der Badewanne Schmutz, etc.) und wenn der Vermieter in einige neue Dinge investieren wĂŒrde: eine grĂ¶ĂŸere Kaffeemaschine, eine neue Sitzgarnitur im Wohnzimmer, eine neue TiefkĂŒhltruhe, ein grĂ¶ĂŸerer Spiegel und vernĂŒnftiges Licht im unteren Bad, ein neuer Grill (oder den vorhandenen sĂ€ubern). Auch der gerĂ€umige Garten wirkt etwas vernachlĂ€ssigt. FĂŒr den relativ hohen Preis hatten wir ein gepflegteres Objekt erwartet. Außerdem haben wir uns gewundert, dass wir zu 2 Paaren nur einen SchlĂŒssel erhalten haben. Die Lage des Hauses ist gut, den Ort mögen wir schon seit vielen Jahren.
