30 minutes from La Rochelle, between Mer and Marais Poitevin we welcome you to a renovated rural gîte, ideal for spending a holiday in a peaceful and stress-free setting

70m² living space - 2 bedrooms - a living room with a convertible sofa bed for 2 people - fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher and washing machine) - shower room - separate WC - large terrace and garden - parking
You also have a small outbuilding where there is a barbecue, outdoor toys for children and where you can leave a roof box if necessary and bicycles or other bulky items

Bakery, butcher and pharmacy are 2 steps from the rental and a shopping center 10 minutes.

Close to the beaches of Vendée and Ile de Ré as well as the main routes for major tourist sites - Natur'Zoo de Mervent (20 min) - Aquarium of La Rochelle (30min) - Île de Ré (40min) - Île d ' Oleron (1h30) - Puy du Fou (1h15) - La Palmyre / Royan (1h30) - Futuroscope (1h30) Etc ..
