The apartment "les aigrettes " can accommodate 6 people.<br>The property of 400 m2 of living space is divided into 3 seasonal accommodation, plus our accommodation. All have a terrace and a private entrance for your tranquility.<br>There is no common interior space.<br>We lend you a boat and bicycles so that you can enjoy the marshes.<br>The accommodation is comfortable, functional with its equipped kitchen and open to the living room. You will find an electric coffee maker, toaster, microwave... and on request, I will lend you raclette, fondue, waffle iron, crepe maker ...<br>For baby, there will be a high chair, cot, bouncer lent free of charge if available.<br>Upstairs:<br>Bedroom 1 for 4 people with 1 bed of 140 cm and 2 beds of 90 cm with shower and toilet attachment.<br>Bedroom 2 for 2 people with a 140 cm bed, en-suite toilet and shower. <br>Bed linen and towels are available for rent on request.<br>I don't take a cleaning fee, I prefer it to be done by yourself.<br>The accommodation must be returned in the same state of cleanliness as when you arrived.<br>The property is on a plot of 5,400 m2, fenced, except at the level of the conche (small river). A boat awaits you to cross the marshes.<br>You will find 1 chicken coop, 2 vegetable gardens, many ornamental and fruit trees, more than 50 rose bushes ...<br>Free access to the 40 m2 indoor swimming pool, deckchairs, buoys, games at your disposal. It is shared with holidaymakers from other rentals.<br>We lend you, free of charge, a boat, bicycles, ping-pong table, hammocks, barbecue, books, indoor and outdoor games.<br>Your pets are welcome, with an extra charge. They are under your responsibility (damage to housing, garden, barking, etc.).<br>Saint Hilaire la Palud is the capital of the Green Venice. Located halfway between La Rochelle and Niort.
