We really enjoyed ourselves at this Bywater house. It had everything we needed for a family friendly trip to New Orleans. We loved the neighborhood and the convenient location to other fun sites. Overall, we can't wait to stay here again.

Great place !!!
Look no more. You will not find a better place. Close to everything and could not ask for a better Host in Cyndi.
We stayed at Cindy's property for 4 nights in late September. The house was beautiful. Cleanliness was top notch. The location was great. We were located above a wonderful Honduran restaurant, Alma's. There was a coffee shop a half a block away, and several other restaurants within walking/short drive distance. And, the French Quarter was only a mile away. A nice touch at the house were some basic breakfast items, water and snacks. They came in handy. Check in and out was easy. Cindy was responsive to any questions I had, and was extremely helpful in rescheduling we had to due, due to Covid and hurricans. I couldn't recommend this more.
We absolutely loved this home! It was perfect for 5 adults. Clean, comfortable and close to everything. Cindy, our host was helpful and provided all the info we needed for a great stay.. Highly recommend!
We brought our adult kids for Thanksgiving and had a wonderful time. We bought goodies from the neighborhood thrift store, are around the neighborhood and walked to the quarter. The apartment was comfy and clean. Providing some food was a very nice tough and greatly appreciated!!
Large, VERY clean home above a fun restaurant. Excellent communication with host. She was amazing. Great ammenities inside home. The house was absolutely spotless. Easy to get to anything by walking, or easy ubers. Some street/restaurant noise in rear bedroom directly above restaurant kitchen early in a.m. Despite that, we would stay here again.
The house was gorgeous! It was clean and it’s location made it very easy to get to interstate 10 to access other parts of New Orleans, Kenner, Slidell and Baton Rouge where the other events were. It made our reunion weekend a great experience. Cindy was an excellent host.
The massive wrap around balcony is the best part of this place, but there is so much more to love about it. It’s sparkling clean and seems to have been recently remodeled, comfy beds and linens, lots of space, wonderful showers, great kitchen—and the location in the Bywater is impossible to beat. The host is incredibly thoughtful and easy to communicate with. The place just couldn’t be better!
I have stay at a lot of homes for business and never have I been so impressed and treated so good by an owner.
Lovely home, very impressed by all the amenities. The owner Cindy left sweet and kind touches throughout the house. Upon our arrival we were treated by pastries, coffee, juice, water, coffee and Cokes. Each bathroom was stocked with soap, shampoo and conditioner. The towels are plush, nice quality and clean. The beds are comfortable and the entire home was pleasant. The patio and chairs were perfect for wine, appetizers and watching the nearby fireworks.
Cindy also made accommodations for our grandson with a pack & play and baby gates for safety. Very happy with our stay.
Will definitely return!
The property was even better than pictured. A spacious living and dining area with access to a wrap around porch. The bedrooms were great. Everything was immaculate and Cindy was nice enough to leave treats, waters, OJ...
We hope to return in the future.
Great host. Very clean, great communication. Very accommodating, lots of room. Location clean. Above a restaurant that serves breakfast. Would definitely return.

Absolutely wonderful!
This place is above and beyond. All the conveniences of home with the added bonus of southern hospitality. The patio is perfect for sipping your morning coffee and listening to the local birds. We didn’t do much cooking but everything you need is there. The beds are comfortable. Lots of extra towels and linens. We had plenty of room to relax and recharge In the living room and dining room. Cindy was always one text away if we needed anything. She even helped me coordinate a birthday surprise for my husband when we arrived. The neighborhood is walkable and filled with great food and drinks (Pizza Delicious and Red’s deliver!) Only a short drive to the French Quarter. I was sad to leave, and we would love to stay here again! Thank you, Cindy!

Very nice neighborhood near the Mississippi
We arrived to find a nice welcome package of snacks and a bottle of wine left by the owners. They had also asked our preferences for coffee pods for the Keurig machine, and when we arrived some of the pods were chicory coffee just as requested. The place was spotless, and there was a parking place reserved for us on the street if we wished (which we did, having rented a car). The apartment has a really nice open air veranda on two sides of the building, and folding chairs are provided for sitting out there. We did that a lot, taking in the sights and sounds of the neighborhood. The neighborhood is very pleasant, with diverse and interesting homes, most of which are lovingly cared for and show off New Orleans' distinctive architecture styles, a number of coffee shops, sandwich shops and restaurants, and of course there is the river. It is only two blocks away, with a bridge over the railroad tracks right close by, and when you cross the tracks you can walk along the river almost all the way to the French Quarter. Maybe a half hour, 45 minutes at most to walk from the apartment into the Quarter, and along the way you get to see all the river traffic -- ocean ships, barges, paddle wheelers, etc. We also drove to a number of places for plantation and bayou tours etc., and it was pretty easy to get to the Interstate from the apartment. We thought it was an excellent location and we had a great time.

Nice place! Had everything we needed. Very clean.
Very nice place. Cindy was very easy to work with. When arrived we found the fridge was stocked with water, pop, milk, eggs, butter and a bottle of wine. How nice!!! Cindy also had other breakfast and beverages for us. We all liked the extra touches. Enjoyed the fresh flowers on the table made you feel very welcome.
The bathrooms were stocked with shampoo, lotion, soaps and enough towels for all 6 of us. It would of been nice to have more towel racks in both bathrooms.
Beds and bedding very nice and comfortable. It would of been nice to have a few hanging hooks or a rack in the smaller bedroom.
The kitchen was well stocked with dishes for cooking and eating off.
Felt safe in neighborhood and it has a awesome pizza place.
I would say this was probably one of my best places I’ve stayed at using VRBO.
Cindy your place is nice and all your extra touches were greatly appreciated.

Elegant, light, spacious apartment in interesting neighbourhood
This apartment is beautiful, comfortable, and well-equipped. Everything is very up to date in the bathrooms and kitchen; linens and towels are lovely. The apartment is just above a great cafe and very close to other fun cafes, in an arty and interesting neighbourhood within walking distance of the French Quarter and biking distance of the Garden District (hiring the blue bikes is a great way to get around.) Cindy, the owner, is super responsive, always replying quickly and with all the info you need. She very thoughtfully stocked the kitchen with breakfast foods that fit our dietary needs. This is a really great find in New Orleans.
