About this property

🌊Fleur De Sel: Renovated Gulf-Front Condo with Beach Service | Walk to Beach🌊

** Comes with Beach Chair Service, 2 Chairs and Umbrella - March through October **

This is Navarre Towers Unit 102.  This is basically a brand new condo with a full renovation and professional decor.  The layout is excellent - the Master Bedroom is a King bed with full on suite bathroom (renovated). The second bedroom has a queen bed and a new twin bed (recently added), additionally we have a roll away twin so the condo comfortably sleeps 6.   This condo is under brand new ownership and before the unit was placed on the rental market a contractor and professional decorator were hired to make this the nicest condo in the building.  

The access to the beach is awesome! You exit out the sliding doors to the balcony and then it is a few steps through the grassy area to the beach walk over which puts you right on the sand.  Navarre Towers is full of excellent amenities.  Please take a look at the pictures.  You have a very large pool, tennis courts, basketball court, and a gym.  Additionally, in the pool area is a common grilling area for your use. Navarre Towers has a great tradition as a very well maintained and family friendly condo complex and we are proud to offer this beautiful unit for the discerning vacationer.

The maximum occupancy for this unit is 6 and the minimum age requirement is 25.  The condo is fully equipped and fully furnished, it should have everything you need for a wonderful vacation.  The owner has upgraded the electronics with all new Smart TV's and upgraded the wifi (use your own accounts, and there is some Roku live channels)  and we provide free wifi access to our guests.  This is the 2br condo you have been looking for and there will be no disappointments with the decision to book this unit.   This condo will sell out quickly so don't hesitate to reserve!  

Navarre Towers Pool Information:  The pool is NOT heated between November 1st and March 1st.  The pool heater only has the capacity to increase pool water temperature 10 degrees above ambient air temps, to extend swimming season, March 2nd thru October 31st. If ambient air temperature is cold during the months the pool is heated, it will still only get the pool to about 10 degrees above ambient air.

Perfect location and very clean!

We chose this condo because of the reviews of cleanliness and also being bottom level. The ease of getting to and from the beach was perfect. The kids could come and go. Not to mention being able to utilize the grassy area for football and baseball throwing. Would definitely stay here again.

Relaxing Getaway Weekend

Very impressed with the property. Well furnished in excellent repair and very clean. The first floor location was great for quick access to the pool and the beach. Only problem was that we couldn't stay longer!

Absolutely beautiful

This is a stunning condo located on Navarre beach. The condo is stunning. We loved everything about it. It is very clean and well maintained. Check in and check out was incredibly easy. We loved being on the first floor. You can be out to the beach and relaxing in a matter of seconds. We will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful condo Beautiful beach

This unit at Navarre Towers is beautiful and comfortable. Perfect location on Navarre beach. The kitchen had all we needed and had both a Keurig and a pot type coffee maker. Beds were comfortable and rooms were spacious. Communicating with Debi at Gulf Coast Getaway was easy most efficient, she keep us updated and informed on everything. We had absolutely no issues and enjoyed our stay here.

All the codes! Entrance gate and codes were not correct for perspective areas. Property manager claims "the property changed them at the last minute" but clearly they were labeled (assigned to wrong areas)! Frustrating when you are on vacation and 4 codes have to be used to move about!

Mia-advertised and swindled by gulf coast getaways

The property is nice, the location is great. First floor Gulf of Mexico it is beautiful. I am very upset because I booked this apartment as it was listed with a Heated pool in the Amenities . I confirmed this on the phone with Debi from gulf coast getaways before adding extra days to my trip!!! She reconfirmed. We arrived and the pool wasn’t heated at all. We called Debi to which she replied she would check. 2 days later she finally gets back to us- tells us the pool is heated “seasonally”. Well 40 degrees in November seems like seasonally!! But they should never have advertised it as heated and confirmed it to us as clients. They did nothing to remedy the situation we are still waiting on a call from The owners. The apartment would be better off not being represented by gulf Coast getaways with their misinformation, dishonest answers, cheap towels, moldy shower and lack of sponges bc they are too tight. Maybe they could try Navarre Properties

Pretty but not super functional

This place was very nice in terms of location and decor. You can tell they put a lot of emphasis on making the condo look nice. Where it falls short is on functionality. There is basically no lighting in the primary bath, and the shower only has a hand held that is impossible to get to the right temperature. I tried switching to the hall bath one day but the water pressure from that shower head was unbearable. The kitchen is also extremely lacking in the things you need to actually cook. We had to buy salt and pepper, and there was one garbage bag for the trash can. Also, the ice machine in the fridge would not spit out ice; you had to open the freezer door and scoop it out. Two beach chairs were included which is really convenient, however most chairs are reserved for owners so you have to go out super early and grab some or be stuck on the second row. The beds were super comfy, and overall it was very quiet in the unit. Overall, we had a good experience staying here, but they need to step up their game on some additional amenities for the kitchen and maybe consider new shower heads for both baths.

well decorated and nice…just a bit pricey for small condo.

Nice condo. No problems with unit. Not much parking available though. There was some hammering, painting and noise from updates being made to complex while we were there.

We enjoyed our stay. I think things can be updated and more kitchen linens could be added. Also the screen door heading to beach didn’t work so we missed having that open during day. We would definitely like to come back.
