This luxury GULF FRONT 3rd floor condo with 3 large ensuite bedrooms/attached bathrooms is managed by Navarre Beach Vacations, the only onsite property management company at Beach Colony Resort.

Resort Amenities include gated entrance, pool, fitness center, reserved/covered parking, private beach walk over and MORE.

This condo comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests with three well furnished bedrooms; 1 king sized bed in the primary ensuite, 1 king sized bed in the second bedroom, and 2 queen sized beds in the third bedroom.

Beautiful and comfortable living room furniture will make for great evening gatherings or dining on the balcony.

You can enjoy mornings and evenings on one of the largest and most spectacular balconies on Navarre Beach with a full ocean view.

The well furnished kitchen includes dinner and drinkware, cookware and more. Small appliances include Keurig AND traditional type coffee maker, crock pot, toaster & blender.

Unlike some, you will enjoy COMPLIMENTARY BEACH CHAIR SERVICE is provided daily (March -Oct), includes two chairs and one umbrella. Additional sets are available to purchase. Relax and enjoy, BEACH TOWELS & COOLER are provided too! $315 value. Additional chairs and umbrella sets can be rented on the beach from LaDolce Vida.

Guest will find a complimentary gift and three (3) parking permits upon arrival in the unit.

Beach Colony Resort is an awesome beach retreat that offers several amenities. These include a community pool, tennis courts, barbecue grills, and a fitness center. Located directly on the Gulf of Mexico in Navarre Beach, you will spend your days splashing in the emerald green ater. Later, venture out into Navarre beach and try out surfing, fishing, parasailing, or paddle boarding for a day of fun in the sun.

For guests in need of a Pack 'n Play, highchair, or foldable stroller, we offer these items at no charge on a first-come, first-served basis. Please contact your host 3 days in advance of your arrival.

Rules and Restrictions:
-Large groups or parties are not allowed in the unit. Maximum occupancy is 8 at all times.
-Rental agreement required, all guests (including daytime visitors) must be listed.
-The exterior front door area is monitored by a RING doorbell camera for security and unit/building rule compliance.
-Front row service is NOT guaranteed on Navarre Beach at any condominium complex.

Great Place for Family.

Its a very nice place, loved it on the 3rd floor dont have to spend a lot for elevator. Spacious floor layout, would be nice if there's a sofa bed, kids would like to knock during movie time. Other than that everything else met expectations.

Very nice

We have stayed in this particular condo three times. Beautiful view from the balcony. You can see the beach front and sunsets are very visible. The kitchen area has everything we need to fix food there. Close walk to the pool area and the beach. We will definitely stay there again.

This was a last-minute decision and a very good one that we made the condo was beautiful the beach was beautiful it was not crowded which is what we were looking for. Great family time.

Nice but

Sliding door didn’t lock, only 1 roll of TP in each bathroom. Floors sandy upon arrival. Nice location, decor and kitchen accessories.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have annually vacationed at Beach Colony for 15 plus years and used the property manager handling a group of properties. Very pleased with the property. Very disappointed with the new ) that recently purchased a longtime company. Very simply they have not responded to any emails. Issues of cleanliness were not addressed from the initial check in date. There has been no follow up. The condo was very sandy. There was food still on utensils in the drawers, etc. Obviously, there is no monitoring of quality control procedures. If they would have simply responded these issues could have been remedied. Automated emails are sent and when you respond they are obviously not really reading. avarre

Beautiful Condo…Wonderful Stay

The condo was very clean & beautifully furnished. Beds were comfortable & condo was roomy for 4 adults & 1 baby. We could have added another couple & it would still have been large enough for all. Balcony was large with a great view of the ocean. Pool was large & the premise was very well maintained. The kitchen was very well stocked & the Keurig coffee maker was appreciated. The left side of refrigerator door slammed shut too easily & shifted contents but we got used to it. The only other item I would have liked in the kitchen was a box grater otherwise it was perfect. Best of all Linda was very attentive and answered our every concern quickly. One glitch we experienced was the code not working every evening at 10 & later & we also couldn't use the code on morning of departure which made it difficult to pack up to leave. Thanks so very much for a wonderful stay-we will definitely be back to Beach Colony!

Decent with a few hiccups

This condo is in a great location. This is our favorite building to stay in. This unit has a few things that made it less than excellent but still a decent stay. The three bedrooms have a television but only one television was working. We told the owner and maintenance confirmed a box needed replacing but was not replaced. The back bedroom has a long shower with a very small shower head and wall tiles as the flooring causing it to be very slippery. We bought a bath mat as this was a safety concern for my parents. This shower also had a bit of mold. The master bed is like a solid sponge. Some like this, but I needed a topper for the mattress. This unit has excellent views, a fantastic pool, and the master bathroom was nice! We enjoyed that the units in this building are very spacious and comfortably fit a larger group.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Enjoyed staying here. The only complaint is the dust on the ceiling fans and lack of bed linens in the back bedroom. No pillow cases on the pillow and guest had to clean the fan before turning it on. It would also be nice if more 2 extra garbage bags were included. I did not think the king bed was comfortable. Not trying to be overly picky, but a couple of details mentioned would make a huge impact.

Overall a great condo- but will not be returning

This is a nice condo but we will not be returning. The location is amazing, 3rd floor is perfect. Condo was very clean. The dryer was not working on day 1, but management gave us a code to the next door condo so that was nice- however the last few days of our stay that condo was occupied so we didn't have access to a dryer which made drying our wet clothes difficult for our drive home. The dryer needed a part, but for the amount we paid for our stay I think they should have made other accommodations or offered some sort of partial discount. The reason we won't return is the master bedroom bed- it was awful- like laying on concrete- we tried everything- but it was extremely hard and we both left with sore shoulders and hips. I had packed extra blankets and pillows for my family- and I am thankful for that I did because there were no extra pillows or blankets anywhere in the condo. We asked for additional blankets or pillows and management did bring one up. The decor was a bit outdated and the kitchen was missing simple things like a pizza cutter and pizza pan. Also, there were a ton of light bulbs that didn't work- the main light over the kitchen table only had two of the five light bulbs lit- several of the lamps had burnt out light bulbs. We also had a bedroom with a cable box that didn't work properly. All simple problems, but for the money- I was hoping for more attention to detail. It was a pain to keep sending messages so we just made the best of it. The complex is beautiful and pool is huge. We will back to Beach Colony- this was our second year and we will return for #3- just not at this condo.

Great clean condo with beautiful view

We had a great week at the condo with our family of 6. The condo was clean and spacious. The kitchen was well stocked with all the cooking needs. Very close to beach and pier. Would definitely recommend!

Beach colony is great

This is our second time staying at a beach colony resorts condo and we absolutely love it. This place was everything as advertised very clean beach front view. We will be back for sure!

Very nice home

This was a very nice property. I was very pleased that the kitchen had everything we needed to cook all of our meals there. The view from the balcony was beautiful. We will be staying in this condo again.

Comfortable Navarre Beach Condo

We were very happy with our stay at the condo. The space was perfect for our family. The kitchen is fully equipped with tools to prepare meals. The beach and pool were easily accessible and were so lovely.

Excellent Place To Stay

I stayed in this condo over Labor Day with a small group of friends and it was wonderful! The description and pictures are a true representation of the unit and the beach. Even during this time of social distancing there was still plenty to do and places that offer patio seating should you want to eat out. The beach was clean, not crowded, and offers a lovely view of the sunrise/sunset each day. I would absolutely stay here again!

Nice condo!

We had a great time at the beach. The unit was clean and the kitchen was well equipped; however I was told there was a Keurig type coffee maker as well as a regular coffee maker, but only found a regular one. Parking was not as big of a challenge as some have stated. We brought a car and a larger truck. We had a designated spot for the car and parked the truck up on the top deck with no problems. The loading area is very small so just be ready to carry your luggage in or be patient.....wasn’t a big deal for us. The master bed mattress was too firm for us but that’s subjective so others may not mind it. All of the bathrooms are very spacious and the second bedroom has two queen beds which makes it really nice for older kids. We love the area and enjoyed our stay! We will be back!
