This one of a kind private & modern play land which is situated on over 5 acres. Recently updated 6 bed room home with all new renovations. Stunning large bedrooms and common areas throughout.

Close proximity to both Saratoga Springs & Lake George but nestled in it's own peaceful and quiet area. This house contains numerous amenities-- large pool, custom kitchen with dishwasher, stove/oven, microwave, dinnerware, basic utensils, etc. plus outside BBQ grill. Smart TVs located throughout the entire house and high speed WiFi available.
Game room with pool table and other fun games available downstairs.
The grounds surrounding the home are as beautiful and user-friendly as the inside of the home. In the back yard, stunning pool, 2 tables, chairs, relaxing swing seat for 3, toddler play area, barbecue grill and fire pit are at your disposal.

Great stay

Great house - enjoyed the pool and played some volleyball on our down time from the track/Saratoga. House looks exactly like the pictures online. The whole group of friends really enjoyed the stay.

Family 4th vacation

The owner was quick to respond with any questions or comments we had. We felt the property was nicely located between Saratoga and Lake George. There was plenty of room for all of us and the pool is a nice amenity.

Nice home for large group

Larger group of 11 staying for a quick ski getaway. We chose this property for its proximity to West Mountain ski area. There was plenty of space for all to relax, eat, play games etc. Owner was extremely responsive to any questions or issues we came across. I would def rent this property again.

Great for family get together

We rented the space for a family vacation. The set-up was great—perfect for different age groups. Plenty of space so everyone had a room and the pool was amazing. The only downside was that the next door neighbor was doing renovations and had a camp out the weekend we were there. They were super friendly and nice but we were hoping to have a little more privacy.

Beautiful get away.

The house was well furnished, and the layout was great with gathering space on each floor, with 4 full bathrooms, and with 7 (count' em!) televisions. The kitchen was well-laid out and well-stocked with great cookware and cooking staples. The deck and pool were wonderful gather spots. A trail in the back led to miles of backwoods trails. Access to the Hudson was just across the main road. Enjoy!

Restful Stay -- Enjoyable property

Naureen, the property manager is very responsive and will answer all your questions. We were a groups of 13, half kids under 10, the other half were adults and there was enough space for everyone in the house. The location is amazing, located between Lake George and Saratoga. The property has all the ustensiles and plates you will need for your stay. You will not be disappointed in renting this property!

Family Vacation

The house was plenty big enough for our family of 13 (7 adults 6 children). With so many intermittent rainy days we spent a fair amount of time hanging out at the house. We usually stay closer to Lake George Village but the drive was quick and easy. There were some minor issues but Naureen was very responsive.

Family 2021

We were quite pleased with Naureen, very attentive to our needs. The downside was only that we were a 20 minute drive to lake George. The description and pics made it appear that we were closer. Beyond that all of it was perfect.

Summer Vacation

Naureen was wonderful.. Answered all our questions right away. House is exactly as stated. Plenty of room and lots of fun.. We swam, played games in the basement, and volleyball outside..Took a little drive to glen falls for mini golf and Marthas Ice cream. Perfect for all ages in the family.. Thanks for a great time!

Fun Family Time

This house fit our family of 14 adults very well and we had a fun time. Used the pool and large yard for badminton, Kan Jam and corn hole plus set up our own disc golf course. On our final night it was cool enough to use the fire pit. The location was great for various activities including hiking, tubing, checking out local small waterfalls, etc. We have been renting homes through VRBO/Home Away for more than 15 years and love to try new places to stay and no house is perfect. While there were a few issues with the house it would not prevent us from renting again. The owner was pleasant and easy to deal with. Thanks for a great stay!

Disappointing Stay – Unresponsive Host After Escalation

Our family stayed here for a long-awaited vacation, but the condition of the home fell far below expectations—especially at this price point.The deck was being repaired when we arrived, with tools everywhere and a hole in the floor. Indoors, the home was dirty and poorly maintained:•Missing/broken items from the listing•Dirty dishes and cookware•Moldy ice maker•Unusable grill•Filthy windowsills, cobwebs•Cabinets are in poor condition and unusable•Flickering lights and freezing basementWe contacted the host right away and sent photos. While she initially responded and gave a 250 “goodwill” refund, she downplayed the issues and became unresponsive once we escalated through Vrbo.This property was not properly cleaned or maintained, and the host’s handling of the situation after escalation was disappointing. Would not recommend.

Spacious, Well Appointed, Welcoming Home!

A winter getaway is an annual tradition for my family and a couple of other families. We have kids that range in ages from 5-16 and there was space for all of them to retreat to without getting in each other's hair. The bedrooms are spacious, smart tv's provided entertainment in every room. The kitchen is well appointed, with plenty of dishes and pots and pans to prepare most any meal. This was a winter visit for us, so we did not get to enjoy the pool or the outdoors, although the kids did play in the snow. The house is about 20 minutes to skiing and restaurants. Naureen was incredibly fast to reply to messages, and was very accommodating for our requests to depart at a later time due to the weather. Even offered us early check in on the day of our arrival. Family vacation

This was our first family vacation in over two years. We were all so excited! We checked in and found a number of things that were issues with the property. We advised the owner on a few of the issues. Since the owner was not in the area the issues were not resolved. Despite the issues our family had with the house we had a great time being together. But for the money we paid there were to many problems. We decided we would not rent this house again. We have rented through VRBO in the Lake George area for 7 years and this is the first time we had so many issues.

Nice accommodations in a secluded location in Lake George Vicinity

Lots of room for our family. Smart tv’s everywhere. Good wifi. In ground pool in very good working condition. The grandkids loved it! House has good bones. Everything worked well including the large washer and dryer, dishwasher and AC! The outside grounds were well kept. The only negative….while some furnishings and appliances had seen better days and need updating, all were adequate to good. No need to take a star away because of all the other positives. Could only communicate with the host, Naureen, by message in VBRO app. But…. she was extremely prompt, friendly and informative in returning our messages. It would have been nice to have had the opportunity to speak with her if the need arose (but it didn’t) Overall the property delivered what it promised!

Nice home for a large group

Our family enjoyed our Thanksgiving weekend at this home. The setting was lovely, the home itself has good beds and baths and great gathering spaces for a multi-generational family. The owner communicated with us and was responsive to our needs. The only negatives were that the heat was set too high and we had to wait for it to be lowered because it is controlled remotely. The owner did respond as soon as she saw our message, however. Also, when we arrived, the kitchen was not in good order. We had to do some cleaning and the cleaning crew had clearly not taken much care in cleaning up after the previous people. There wasn’t enough silverware for our group and nothing in the kitchen to bake with. Fortunately we were able to purchase some disposable baking pans and plastic utensils. The property is great, but several minor broken items made it a little disappointing. However, the owner was apologetic and tried to help us out. Overall, we had a wonderful time together! This house has a lot to offer, just needs some maintenance. We would come back, especially in summer weather to use the pool!

Another Great Stay

Our family had stayed in this home last year and we returned because it was a great location for us. The number of bedrooms and beds fits our family well. We used the pool every day and really enjoyed it. Also used the grill and the firepit. Would definitely rent again as it works so well for us.

Nice House

I gave this house 4 stars. It was large enough to comfortably accommodate our large group, the location was great being close to both Lake George and Saratoga Springs, and communicating with Naureen was easy. There were a few small issues that Naureen did her best to rectify as quickly as possible and I very much appreciated her efforts. I took away one star because the pool heater did not work and could not be fixed in time for our stay and that was the entire reason we booked this house. We were refunded some money because of that and that was great of Naureen to do. Additionally the house was not as clean as we would have liked, particularly the upstairs. The toilet was dirty, the floor in the twin bedroom had not been vacuumed, 3 out of the 4 lights on the ceiling fan did not work, a couple spots were dusty throughout the house, and the floors needed to be mopped. Nothing that we couldn’t clean ourselves so it wasn’t a big issue. The water pressure in the kitchen sink and upstairs bathroom were poor and I didn’t like how we had to text Naureen to change the temperature in the house. Both of those things were small issues that we could deal with- just a bit of a nuisance.

Great stay for couples!

We were in town for a wedding and were having a hard time finding a place that was conducive to 7 couples but this was the perfect place! A lot of other listings said they slept 14 people but most would be twin or bunk beds so we were extremely lucky to find this place with numerous full/queen beds. Everything was tidy enough for us. The pantry could use some organization and restocking but it wasn't a problem since Stewart's was just down the road. The location was good for us since we had transportation to and from all wedding-related activities. We also all worked from home one day and had no problems with 10+ people on the Wifi at once. The pool wasn't open yet but the backyard was very nice and we were able to enjoy some time sitting out in the sun. Overall, a great place to stay for a large group.

Great home for a large group

Naureen the property manager was very responsive to all of our questions. The house had much to offer and plenty of space for everyone to spread out. The fireplace in the living room kept us warm and the kids had so much fun with the game room. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Getaway

Great property and fun for all ages. Owner was very responsive and addressed issues as soon as we brought to their attention. We were a large group so it would have been nice to have enough towels for both the pool and showers.

The location was perfect and the house was amazing. We were very comfortable and there was plenty of space. The kids could not get enough of the pool and the peaceful nights outside roasting s'mores was so much fun!
