Summer Oasis: Pool + Hot Tub near Lake George

Relax, gather, and want for nothing in this spacious, designer Adirondack modern on almost 3 fenced acres. Amenities are everywhere you look in this huge, private, absolutely loaded property. Enjoy all the things you can't at home: For summer - A pool in a massive fence in yard, custom fire pit, outdoor games and playground for kids. For winter/rainy days - INDOOR hot tub, fireplace, close enough to WALK to West Mountain Ski Lodge, basement game room + arcade, ROKU, board games, & DVD's.

The space:

The lot is surrounded by woods so, even in a residential neighborhood, will feel very private. The house feels huge with it's 2-story vaulted ceilings, and the fully fenced yard is sprawling. You will instantly feel the need to stretch your legs and relax!

NOTE: The pool is only guaranteed Memorial Day through Labor Day.

Other things to note:

The neighbors are through the trees so won't be seen, but you can be heard by 3 houses. Reasonable noise and activity levels are expected at all times.

Exterior cameras present. One camera on the garage that monitors the driveway. One camera that monitors the front door and walkway and a doorbell camera on front door. One camera in the backyard that monitors the pool. Two cameras that monitor the north property line. They will be on during your stay.

Additional Rules:
IMPORTANT INFORMATION: The Town of Queensbury has set specific regulations pertaining to short-term rentals. Summer rental stays between May 15-Sept 15 must be a minimum of 4 nights. Please contact us so that we can help you with this reservation if your schedule does not allow a 4 night stay, or, if you have any questions.
-The home is for LODGING by registered guests ONLY. It is not suitable for parties, noise, or indecent behavior of any kind.
-This is a quiet, peaceful area. A noise level in concert with what one would expect in an upscale neighborhood is expected AT ALL TIMES.
- In accordance with the local ordinance, quiet hours are from 10PM to 8AM daily.
-NO TRESPASSING on neighbor's property. Anyone caught doing so will be asked to leave immediately without refund
-NO SMOKING ANYWHERE ON PREMISES
-NO PETS, NO EXCEPTIONS
-All communications w/ host go through the guest who booked via VRBO
-4 vehicle maximum overnight in accordance with local ordinance
-No parking/ vehicle tires on grass
-No moving furniture
-MUST shower with soap before using hot tub
-6 person(s) MAX in hot tub at one time
-Booking guest must contact host before performing any maintenance or adjustments, particularly to systems (pool, plumbing, hot tub, appliances, etc.)
-Guest must sign a copy of the house rules upon reserving the property
