Bay View Villas 101 is a first-floor, three bedrooms two bathroom condo with a beautiful view of the bay, just over the protected dunes. The living room will greet you with its abundance of natural light pouring in through the bay window and sliding door leading to the furnished balcony. Enjoy a nice dinner at the dining room table which seats up to 6 or cozy up to the bar for a quick breakfast before heading to the beach. The kitchen is fully equipped and offers all of the luxuries of home. Off of the living room, you will find the primary bedroom complete with a King bed, direct balcony access, flat-screen TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a whirlpool tub. The second bedroom is furnished with a King bed and a large flat-screen TV. The third bedroom is furnished with a Queen bed, plus twin bunk beds and a TV. A second full bathroom is located off the hallway. This condo also offers an in-unit washer and dryer. Wireless Internet is available. Handicap friendly (elevator, not ADA compliant). No smoking is allowed inside the condo or anywhere on the property, including your condo balcony.
