The condo features a large open plan living area with a private balcony that overlooks the community courtyard, pools, and the Atlantic Ocean. Relax while on vacation with all the amenities of home. Beachside Colony is home to The Deck, where you can dine inside or on the open deck overlooking the beach. The open and inviting floor plan includes a spacious living area with a flat-screen TV and a sleeper sofa. The dining area has ample seating for up to 6 people, with additional seating for 3 at the breakfast bar. The large, open concept kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher, a writing desk, and even a wet bar!

The Primary Bedroom suite has a King size bed and a Flat Screen TV. The attached large primary bathroom has both a glass surrounded walk-in shower and a large soaking tub, perfect for unwinding after a long day at the beach. The first guest bedroom has a Queen Size bed, and a TV, and the second guest bedroom is furnished with 2 twin beds, and also has a TV. The two guest bedrooms share a Jack-n-Jill bathroom, with a walk-in shower.

This condo is located on the third floor within the Tybee Beach Club building of the Beachside Colony Resort complex and includes access to the pools, two covered garage parking spaces, beach access. The building has elevator access. Perfect for families, this condo sleeps up to 8. Wifi is available. There is unreserved parking for 2 cars. You will be located right across the street from Memorial Park featuring playground, volleyball courts, basketball courts, tennis courts, and the Library and YMCA.

Beachside Colony has just completed an all-new expansion of the pool and patio area. Enjoy 2 brand new pools, one with a beach entry tanning ledge, all-new restrooms, and lots of space for guests to enjoy soaking in the sunshine on beautiful Tybee Island!

Beachside Colony offers pool heat between the months of October-March. Pool heat is available in one pool only and is heated based on weather and mechanics and is not a guaranteed amenity.
