Enjoy your vacation from Lighthouse Point 9C on the north end of Tybee. Experience amazing beach views from this top-floor condo which is located just steps from the beach and the community pool area. Relax and unwind amidst picturesque views of the bay. Watch ships, shrimp boats from your own private balcony.

The interior of this condo is bright and welcoming with comfortable furnishings and everything you need to kick-start your vacation. The comfortable living area includes a sleeper sofa, a Smart TV and balcony access. There is a dining table seating up to 6 and a convenient wet bar, complete with a wine/beverage fridge. Open floor plan living space gives way to a comfortably furnished living area with access to the balcony.

Relax and unwind in the 2 bedrooms. The primary bedroom has a King bed, flat-screen TV, balcony access, and an attached private bath with a tub and shower combination. The guest bedroom has a Queen bed and a flat-screen TV and there is an additional full bath, with a tub and shower combination directly next to the room. Fold out the living room sleeper sofa for additional accommodations.

There are two reserved, covered parking spaces available. Lighthouse Point 9C is on the third floor, guests must use the stairs, as there is no elevator in this building.

Lighthouse Point Condominiums is located on the quiet North end of Tybee Island, directly on the bay where the Savannah River meets the Atlantic Ocean. Enjoy spectacular views and long walks on the north end of Tybee. The beaches on the north end are natural and serene with no real wave action. Watch the dolphins play and the ships traveling through the channel. Lighthouse Point is a gated condo complex, featuring private beach access, tennis courts, community WIFI access, playground, two large swimming pools (45X25 and 50X20) and a kid pool (18X10). The complex is situated near the Tybee Island Light Station and museum, and Jaycee Park.

Relaxing vacation

We had a wonderful vacation on Tybee Island. Our condo was perfect and c we loved the location! Nice quiet area but an easy drive to the local shops and restaurants. We relaxed in the pool, strolled down the beaches and took in the sights in Savannah. We had absolutely spectacular meals at very location we went to. I am so happy we spent our vacation on at we Island!

Great Location

We chose this property for it's location. Close to the quiet north side of the beach and location in the building. We were in the third floor so that we wouldn't have loud walkers above us. It was a bit of a hike up and down the stairs but we didn't mind. The unit was as described. The pool area was very nice.

Beautiful condo with an awesome view. But traveling with elderly mother and young grandchild it was difficult to get them up and down.

The condo was close to the beach, which is great. You do, however, need to pass some sand dunes with sign Warning Venomous Snakes Nesting Area in order to get to the beach. The condo was very well staffed with anything you may need, from kitchen to rooms. We only needed to buy salt shaker that we couldn't find in the kitchen. The condo was quite dirty, I don't think it was vacuumed or mopped before our arrival. If cleaning service could be improved, it would definitely be a plus.

Wonderful stay! Amazing location!

We really enjoyed our short stay! We visit Tybee quite often and the North End is very peaceful... gentle waters, wide open space on the beach, dolphins, boats, and sea shells galore! The neighborhood is so quiet and easy for kids to play! Great views of the lighthouse too. The unit was spotless! The parking spots are right underneath the unit, but the steps leading up to the door can be challenging if carrying a lot of beach gear. We left most of ours in the car each trip. The pools were close by and refreshing! The kitchen had everything we needed. The ice machine wasn't working and the management company sent out maintenance immediately to address the issue. We had a beautiful stay!

Relaxing North Tybee Getaway

Super easy to rent and great communication from rental company. I rented hours before we arrived and everything was easy. They had pamphlets & gifts waiting upon our arrival and the place was spotless! The balcony was beautiful, sunny and you can watch the water or people watch the neighborhood, it was a great place to spend time. You don’t see others on the balcony as they are set back and angled and you aren’t close to the balconies on the other side of the street either. Felt private. Yes, there are stairs, but they are wide and open so it felt more like good exercise than a chore. And we always saw great views coming down. Including a beautiful sunrise with the lighthouse! The pool is close on one side and the walkway to the beach on the other. I felt like it was a perfect location on the island, close to everything on, but not far from the stores/restaurants off in case you needed something specific or cheaper. I would definitely come back. The water on the beach is calm because you are by the river, not a lot of wave action.

The space was beautiful and very clean. We love the location and proximity to the beach. The pool was fantastic and all was great except the Wi-Fi did not work at all. We love to do movie nights when traveling and it was completely impossible all three nights because the Wi-Fi absolutely would not work which made the TVs not work at all. It was frustrating to not be able to just sit down at night and relax with a movie or show. Other than that, we had a great stay!

Our family had a good time - even though one of the pools was closed for half our stay, the pools were big enough to accommodate our swimmers along with other guests. We wanted a place where we would be away from other people due to COVID, and this place was great.

Overall great short vacation

I’m not a huge fan of 4 PM check-in‘s. No early check-in‘s were allowed so we had to sit in the parking lot in the pouring rain for almost an hour waiting for the cleaning lady to come out. She came out at 4:01 PM. She did not vacuum so there was still sand all over the floor but other than that the unit was great! The advertisement for the unit says it sleeps six so we assumed the living room couch was a sleeper sofa. That is not the case! That’s my mistake for not reading through the entire description before booking but when we got there one of the air mattresses – the nice one-had a hole in it so one of my daughters ended up sleeping on the couch the entire trip. We made it work. We were on the top floor and there are no elevators so we got our workouts in! The property manager was very nice and we loved having two pools. We like the location very much. A very short walk to the lighthouse, Beach, and the pools were fantastic! Since it rained the majority of the trip we did a dolphin cruise - I highly recommend

Advertised as beach front, you still have to walk a fair amount to get to the beach. The only other drawbacks were the grilling areas and the extremely limited pool hours.

The condo was so spacious and amazing. We had everything we needed. Very clean and well maintained. The whole process was easy and the staff was always available when I needed something. I will definitely be back, well worth every penny.

This is a lovely, comfortable condo. The pools are wonderful, and it's a very short walk to the beach. The 3 flights of stairs were a little difficult at our age, but the view of the bay from the 3rd floor is awesome! We highly recommend Tybee Vacation Rentals, the sampler at the Crab Shack, and Cap't Derek's sunset dolphin tour!!

I wish I could give this a 5 star rating because the location and apartment were just about perfect. However, we had one BIG problem - the air conditioner! Although it was set at 70 degrees (the lowest allowed by the property), it barely worked. It was above 80 degrees almost the entire time. I called in a work order after an unbearable first night and someone came out to "fix" it, but absolutely nothing changed. We had to get ready for a black tie wedding in 80 degree heat. The pool and beach were great, but it certainly ruins the afternoon when you try to escape the heat only to find that it is hot inside the apartment too. Potential renters should really know that the AC does not work well at this property.
