Centrally located near a shopping center, restaurants, convenient stores—twenty minutes away from downtown Houston, without the use of toll roads—this cozy home is a quick drive away from George Bush Intercontinental Airport and is stationed near four major highways: Beltway 8, Highway 249, Freeway I-45, and Freeway 59. All types of travel necessities can be easily found near or around the home!

Home away from home

My family and i loved staying here at this property. Everything was clean and it is spacious! Check in and check out was easy and quick. Mr. Tan was very nice and helpful with anything we needed. I'd definitely recommend this house to anyone!

Great alternative to a hotel stay

This was my first home rental (7 days). We were glad to find it, as the location was one of our most important search criteria. The property owner was very fast with communications, and extremely helpful. We're pleased with how things turned out.

Television/wifi

The house was very nice and clean. We wasn’t able to watch tv because the internet was not working properly. it kept buffering just a suggestion get an up to date tv that has air play or Bluetooth connection so people can watch television since there was no cable. Other than not being able to watch tv the house was real nice

Houston

The place was very clean, but needs updating. New furniture and kitchen, basically new everything. The dryer is not set up in a safely. It requires that we stand on top of a table to use, because it is set on top of a broken dryer. The oven may not be functional 100%, but overall all else was ok. Honestly we wanted to cancel our reservation and go to a hotel. But it was too late.

Wonderful Area & Neighborhood

Great home to stay in if you don’t mind sleeping with out television in the room. There was only one television which was in the den area. The ice machine didn’t work which caused us to have to purchase ice constantly. As well as the a/c took forever to cool down the home. Other than that it was a fun stay very excited for our family as well.

If you needed TV in a bedroom, it wasn't my house. My listing shows clearly that there is no TV in bedroom, but you still booked it. I am not sure why you were upset about it??? It is 1,500 SF house and I have a new 4 ton AC. I have not seen any guest complaining about the AC for the last two years, except you. I came to check the house after your checkout, the inside temperature was 58 F and the thermostat was in 50 F. I am not sure what temperature you have in your house, but in Houston Texas, no AC can make the tempt down to 50 F during the summer time for a house. Simply you can't make a winter during a summer in Texas by an AC.

Excellent, very clean residence!!

We had a fantastic time at this property. It was very close to restaurants and grocery stores. The property itself was VERY clean, and had everything we would need. Despite outside temps in the 100s, we were cool and comfortable inside.

the house is just minutes from the freeway which was wonderful, since going anywhere in Houston you have to get on the freeway. There is also a grocery store very close by. The house had everything we needed. There was plenty room for my family. Anytime I had a question before our stay, the owner replied within 24 hours.

This house was very clean and spacious for our group of six.

This property served our needs great with plenty of space, great linens, comfy beds and garage space. The neighborhood was safe and fairly quiet. You can hear the freeway pretty well at times though and the property desperately needs a large coffee pot and more silverware but other than that it was perfect.

Great location for Houston Open

The house was convenient to the Houston Open Golf Tournament. Tan, the owner, was very sweet to arrange for us to have a grill because my husband loves to grill steaks. House was clean, quiet and cool with good a/c and ceiling fans in all the rooms.

Great family vacation!

We were very comfortable here. We all had room to spread out and have a little downtime with privacy, but we also had a great huge couch that all four of us could sit/sprawl on comfortably at once, and a nice kitchen table where we could play games. Everything was clean, we LOVED having a garage with an opener for our cars, it was easy to find, the A/C worked well. The only suggestion I could make would be a little step stool for getting into the master bed!! (And the dishwasher is crazy loud, but most AirBNB's don't even have a dishwasher so I am not really complaining.)

Amazing property
