Completely renovated 1930 Bungalow inside the loop in the Heights. Quiet residential street yet across the street from a quintessential neighborhood bar in Cottage Grove. Small enclosed side yard. Plenty of parking. All brand new appliances and furniture. King bedroom has it's own TV and a private bathroom with walk in shower and back door to fenced in courtyard. Smaller bedroom has a double bed. Just 2 blocks from 1-10 access. Five miles to downtown and six miles to Galleria area.

We were delighted with the VRBO. It was better than we had expected, with modern appliances including a washer and dryer. There is a cosy neighborhood bar/grill across the street which drew us in, but was not noisy on the weekends.

Stayed here for almost two months while we were renovating our home. Had everything we needed and was very comfortable. Host was great and was attentive when things came up. We loved walking to the park nearby and enjoyed meeting the people in the neighborhood. Everyone was friendly!
