A LUXURIOUS AND EXCEPTIONALLY CLEAN JUPITER POOL HOME!! Named after our amazing daughter, the "Chloe's Casita" home is the perfect get away. Part of the Underwood vacation Group luxury collection, this modernized and elegant 3 Bedroom 2 Bathroom private pool home is a dream! The open ambiance, high ceilings, natural lighting, and elegant features provide you with the vacation magic you desire. Come here to relax inside, or by the private pool. Only minutes from the sand and surf, the Marlins/Cardinals spring training stadium, renowned dining, boating, fishing, shopping, and more!

Styling throughout the home is clean, modern, eclectic, and minimal. Equipped with everything you would expect from a 5-star family home. Here, an eclectic mix of comfortable furnishings invites you to cozy evening of family games, or a nice nap after a good day in the private pool. We provide high-end electronics/TVs, high speed Internet (WiFi), high vaulted ceilings, central a/c and heating, privately fenced/gated yard, garage for your car(s)/motorcycle(s), Kuerig coffee machine, full size washer and dryer, all the essential dining ware, linens, towels, etc. If you have a particular requirement, please be sure to tell us. The master bedroom provides a Queen size bed, and each of the guest bedrooms are provided with Queen size beds. The mattresses are extremely comfortable for a wonderful nap and/or a great night of sleep.

Guest access; This is an entire home with 100% of the home accessible to our guest(s). Inside the 2 car garage there are quite a few games to enjoy. Foosball, Air-Hockey, and Corn hole boards. However, there is still plenty of parking in the 4 car driveway.

We are local Hosts that can easily assist if required. However, your privacy is our policy.

Sorry, but there are a few restrictions and rules. Some are very pertinent. They include, but are not limited to, ... No Smoking, No Vaping, No Pets, No Drugs or paraphernalia, and No Parties/Gatherings/Events. We love our vacation homes, and the community and surrounding neighbors. The Home was very clean and well organized. The two items we had to converse on were handled immediately and to no fault of the owner. The most recent renters accidently broke the coffee pot. We had a new one the same being of check in. Weather was windy and rainy, and the pool needed some TLC, after the wind it was in prime condition in hours

We had a great week at Chloe’s Casita! The house was really clean, great for kids and well stocked with everything we needed. We really enjoyed the heated pool, air hockey and foosball table. The neighborhood was nice and quiet and the location was very convenient to everywhere we wanted to go. The host was very responsive and answered all of our questions. We would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend!

This property is very clean and modern. Has everything you'll need for your vacation including games for the family. We walked the 1 mile to Roger Dean stadium each day which was perfect for our needs. Owners were very nice and accommodating. Close to the highway and a short drive to the beach.

Chloe’s Casita two week stay

Chloe’s Casita is a recently renovated, immaculately maintained home just a couple blocks from Abacoa. Great for walking and golf. The main living open floor plan is great as is the pool in the private backyard. Sean is an attentive, very responsive host. Much appreciated! We had a very relaxing stay. Many thanks!

The Casita was perfect. It was our first time In Jupiter- we went for a wedding and decided to make a family vacation out of it. The house is super comfortable, great lay out and perfect for kids. Great location and so much to do for families. The neighborhood was adorable, everyone still had their Christmas decorations up and I don’t know if there’s a contest for who decorated their yard the best but the kids had so much fun driving around looking at all the yard decorations. We’ll definitely be back! The only suggestion I have would be to have reusable freezer packs- but seriously they have thought of everything you would need to have a perfect trip And I’m even sure they provided these at some point there’s a reason why they probably don’t -they’re that attentive.Great family places we visited were: Juno Beach, drive thru safari, Delray beach, Food shack, hog snapper, palm beach ice cream, loggerhead( great playground out back), papichulos and playgrounds in the area. Don’t hesitate booking this house.
