After utilizing VRBO and having great response in allowing others to experience the beauty of Belize and stay at our home on the Caribbean Sea, we decided to share another beautiful location, Manasota Key. We purchased our first home on Manasota Key 25 years ago and have never left the area. We have three rental homes in Belize, Central America and three on Manasota Key. The trend towards families renting private homes rather than staying in hotels has increased dramatically in the past year. Our Family has actively been pursuing and renovating prime island properties perfect for a family vacation. Our recent college graduate sons are working fulltime to select, renovate, and market our One Palm Properties vacation homes and are committed to providing your family with a terrific vacation location.

The most amazing location - Located on the bay with a dock in the backyard and the beach directly across the street. Located in the private gated area on the north end of the key to provide for privacy and escape from the crowds.
